I couldn't have scooted in under the wire with less room to spare if I'd tried but SHE DONE. And you know what, I really like it. I feel like they would have a really cozy, pretty, floral house. Lilac bushes outside (my favorite), warm wood and crown moulding and lots of places to cuddle up together.

It's the middle of the night as I prep this post, but in the morning I'll draw a name of one of my Lucky Cats or Nazars to get the original!

Smoke (mild body horror)

I've said before, I rarely draw it, but I love horror art, especially when it's sort of beautiful also. At the risk of sounding like a serial killer, I think there's an intimacy about cross-sections. I was fortunate enough to visit the Bodies exhibit when it toured Hawaii, and I was so moved, and felt honored to be able to view these people in that way. But of course that's not for everyone.

You know, sometimes a demon just likes to feel like a fancy little slut with all the accessories. And it's nice to have an angel who will indulge you, and light your cigarette and put your shoes on for you and carry you to the bed and make you come til you go fucking cross-eyed, then make you a cuppa tea.

Thanks to Ann L and Megs for the brilliant suggestion: Stede accidentally drinks Ed's disgusting seven-sugar tea. Roach is ready with the citrus, as always. In fact... he seems suspiciously prepared. Gotta get your fun where you can on this ship!

I almost never draw Crowley's canonical modern outfit because I hate drawing lapels and stiff sleeves, but he likes what he likes. Demon's workin' overtime to convince everyone he doesn't give a fuck, when in fact he gives many fucks, all the time, at a desperate pace. Same, buddy.

I'm inclined to like the sunset colors better, but the gold feels pretty good too. Choices!

Sort of NSFW: The Captive

Crowley is only too delighted to be thwarted by his sworn enemy, the handsome White Knight. In need of a solid thwarting, him, perhaps several concurrently. You just can’t be too careful with a demon.

Yes, I've shamefully recycled an old food-related drawing for this month's menu. Sadly I caught a stomach bug and was laid up for the last couple days (feeling better now), when I would usually do this sort of thing, but you are a kind and supportive bunch who won't hold it against me. It's one of the things I like about cha!

Aziraphale the Priest cover

I'm really proud of this. Umulata's cover for Jen's first printed comic, Wrath of Crowley, was so incredible that I didn't think I'd ever live up to it, but I feel pretty confident that I've made a cover that stacks up and is worthy of Jen's story. Whew!

I happen to be a huge fan of the comic, so this has been my genuine joy to work on, and I also feel like I "get" it. I love the dynamic of high femme-presenting Aziraphale and masc/butch-presenting Crowley. I mean, I love literally any dynamic between these two, but. Today Aziraphale is wearing a sexy Bardot updo and a flimsy leotard that's going to last probably two minutes, tops. And she's going to let Crowley think he's the boss.

In my neck of the woods July means fireworks, cookouts, beach days, lime season, and POPSICLES. And I realize that I've drawn Crowley with popsicles like... probably a half dozen times. I just really like popsicles, visually.

Secret garden

It took two full days of just leaves, but I did it! I can't say I'll never do it again because it looks pretty cool and I love a whole lot of flora all together. Maybe more organized flora next time.
