Eat the Dungeon: What should I work on next week?

Next week I'll have enough time to either optimize the game for mobile or write up the redesign using the feedback, but not both.

Mobile optimization will include touchscreen controls so you can play it in browser on phones and tablets.

The redesign will be a written/drawn document with mock screenshots, similar to the original proposals, explaining what I intend to change about the game in the coming weeks.

Hello, Eat The Dungeon has been updated a little. Mostly to fix bugs. I wanted to add support for mobile this update but it didn't happen. While I have figured out the touch screen controls, the default text renderer is garbage slow and turned my ipad into a blazing hot sun. On Sunday I'll see if I can optimize it some. For now, touchscreen controls are disabled.

Character Design Schedule ($25)

Every 1st of the month, starting with February 1st, I'll get in contact with everybody at the $25 tier to work with them about their character designs. Designs will be held onto until the appropriate poll, when everybody will vote on them. The winning entry will be added to the game

Presently the plan is to do the redesign major update, then do a content major update that will include the first new character.

Likely upcoming characters are: a barbarian(weapon), a bard(heal, buff),...

Posting Schedule

I'm new to running a patreon, obvs, but the schedule I have in mind for posting art is:

Monday: a post collecting all the suggestions for drawings. Anybody at the $5 tier can make as many suggestions as they want, but I may reject some suggestions.

Tuesday: post a poll

Friday: post the drawing itself

I want the patreon to be maybe a month ahead of my public accounts, maybe more, but it might take a little bit to build up that much of a buffer.
