Sigalda coloring and inking test

I've started inking the first of two Sigalda comic pages. There are some settings in Photoshop that I never really messed around with like 'smoothing'. Part of why I've been doing a painterly method is I've never been comfortable with my digital inking quality. With some small tweaks to my brushes I got it to a place that I can be happy with. Slutwriter's Princess Knight Sigalda

The first public post in a while. I forgot that was a thing since most of my work involves nudity and hardcore sex. Patreon policy requires I keep public posts family friendly as best I can.

I got caught up in some personal matters all day and I'm still dealing with them. Tomorrow should be a perfect day to sit down and finish up this pinup I've got in the works. Weekly Update

I'll have some new art up tomorrow for you guys. It's a big departure from my usual stuff. I've also been doing completely random crap to just play around. I just needed to cleanse the mental palette.

Throw out some pinup and short 2 page comic ideas. Maybe I'm losing my memory but I don't recall many ideas from the last update when I asked. Nothing really stuck.

I've been reading through over 100 comments, a lot of them were lengthy and all of them were insightful and helpful. This past week I've spent most of my time thinking about what to work on and getting my work space organized. I think I'm going to move back towards some traditional art pretty soon. All of the work I've done over the past 4 or 5 years has been digital only and I feel like that's held me back slightly. I'll still color digitally but I'll be making a return to pencil and pen on pap...

My patreon page is failing. It's not anyone's fault but mine. I'm not asking for handouts or donations to save me from any financial stress. What I'm doing is admitting that I've let down my fans and supporters and they've decided to slowly but surely leave. 

My best months on here were May and June of last year. Since then patron count has been dropping. I can explain why. My art is suffering in quality. My output is a joke. My style is becoming unattractive and almost grotesque in some ...

B-Low BUSTED! in color

I did a test coloring of one of the panels from page 2 that turned out pretty well. Two different versions, one way more wet than the other. :D 

I also added an MP4 version of page 5 since it was kind of left out of the loop. 

Officer Gold just won't stop harassing B-Low!

Poor guy can't catch a break.

I realized after the last B-Low animation page I'd never actually shown them both in color together. So I fixed that. This isn't part of the animated stuff, rather it's a snap shot of the unlucky bastard about to get lucky, again. 

Up next is a color animation of these two together. It's from the second animated page but could easily work as a follow up to this pinup, kinda.

So this whole comic was intended to be an experiment in having an entire comic page be animated. At this point it's 4 pages. I took a break between the first two and the last two but they actually flow pretty quickly once elements are in place. Anyway. I intend to continue this and see it to the conclusion.

The Lesson- cover

I've got to find the final version of The Lesson story. It was translated from german originally and then revised several times. I'll put it up as soon as I find it. It's in emails from years ago.

HammerTyme Animation Block

HammerTyme cranked out 3 animations of some new and older content. Ivy got a lot of love and attention from him and it shows in his work. There was a forth on the way that I will throw in later but I think he ran out of time.

Quick update before sharing what I've been up to this month.

First off, Hot Meal is being reworked. I fell out of interest with it a while ago and trying to rekindle some kind of inspiration with it is not happening. So I'm going to take the best parts from it and infuse it into a very similar story that I'm actually enjoying working on and sketching out. I'm reaaally fucking frustrated with the small changes to Photoshop's updates. I lost my custom brushes and I can't find the replacement nibs for my stylus. So I'm digging into my vault of random stuff to give you something worth a charged post since I won't have those Hot Meal pages done in two hours. I'm just getting this out of the way so I can keep working without stressing about the deadline. 

Bimbo Bomb- Blossom 3D

I've had a pretty killer cold the past week. 

I've been practicing a few new things and rethinking how to make 3D models that are distinctly mine while avoiding some of the pit falls of 3D conversions. So my test subject is going to be Blossom for the 'Bimbo Bomb Girls' idea. 

I've done models of Kitty, Jenny, Samson, Jon Herron and sculpts of a few more and now Blossom. I haven't charged for any of this work. That's a lot of time and effort for zero income.
