Nick Caged Page 15 Inks & Flats

Shorter update today, as I'm running on fumes (I was on time today, then I realized I had still yet to flat the background 0_o). ***

Really happy with some of this! Other parts, I wish I'd have redrawn... tale as old as time! I'm stillllll thinking I might redraw the dong-holding hand... maybe... I know it'll crop out so... maybe I shouldn't waste too much time on it?!

I'll super excited about the cooch-whap! moment: as Owen warms her up a bit! I think it's just such a fun motion/visual =D

***Soooo I sort of lost my Sunday to trying my hand at doing some audio mixing for a friend's animation; something I'd learned to do a verrrrrry long time ago, but hadn't practiced in years. Turns out, Premiere hasn't changed all that much, and with this in your pocket, you really can make all sorts... But I'm not sure if it's something I'll share... maybe later down the road, if he posts it publicly? It's a V-themed Snake-gobble thing, that was juuuuust a little bit out of my comfort zone (but was a fun adventure for me regardless).

As an update, last week I DID turn on the Discord feature here; any of you who have it integrated should be autoinvited to that space. I'll post work there as I go, so if you prefer viewing it on that platform in addition to this one, have at it!

I briefly had a chat space; until again, my anxiety and personal struggles got the better of me, and I turned it off. I just can't handle the intensity of it all. (And please, I'm not looking for commentary on it). I might yet turn it back on down the road if I feel brave.

Hoping to finish this page this week; but I need to see how fast the shading goes, and if I DO redraw that hand, or Nick's face/eyes again, I might get delayed a little. I'll see how it goes.

Gotta start dreaming up an illustration too... I know Halloween's coming up too...
