LOLLLL my therapist told me to bring things that will ground me and bring me happiness so i cut a piece of cardboard and put my fav sparkles on it, i bedazzled steve, and i hope this little froggie will bring me joy when i look down and squeeze him

praying that my anxiety doesn’t get the best of me 🙂‍↕️

i will also be bringing earplugs and sour candy 🤞

to start, this book really had me hooked from the beginning just bc i was like wth is happening. its funny bc my nail lady rec’d this book to me and rated it 5 stars and the last book we read together was Mexican Gothic, which also involves murder and plants, so LOLLLLL except the difference is that this book was actually an enjoyable read!

yesterday we started our thursday by going to the gym!!! :D then i went home, got ready, had my therapy session, then john picked me up and we got lunch together at this cute cafe/brunch place. then we headed to the grove to hangout at barnes and noble and i LOVED IT
