she then met me in the backyard and once i made eye contact w her i immediately laughed and said we have to take a photo
like just two girls in their nighttime comfy attire HAHA

i think the lasers that i got done in korea helped but idk im just so scared of lasers especially bc my first rash that i got was after a laser

basically i’ve been sleeping w mouth tape and i swear i sleep better so i had john try it last night and we just straight up look crazy lol
we said gnight and put the tape on but still continued to try and communicate through hand motions and understand each other through various noises hahaha

basically i go through these -almost depressive states- and it’s been happening since like late high school on and off
and i can feel them coming and generally i power through or distract myself enough that i can kinda close the tab in my brain that is pulling me down
sometimes it catches up to me though and i feel the exhaustion creeping up
