i can’t believe it’s already been a week?! this trip went by SO fast for me :o

as y’all know, the focus for this trip was all things skin related and i am happy to report that i think i learned a lot this trip (whether directly or indirectly tbh) 🥹

i didn’t really come here thinking i was going to get a bunch of procedures done + also just tried to come with an open mind / low expect...

i will say that walking around w my face totally fucked up is a little freeing tho

to be honest, i usually i feel like i can’t go outside without putting makeup on and whatnot bc i usually get recognized / have to take a photo

so it’s nice to just embrace that i just had a procedure done and not give a fuck

korea update #3 😭

welp i am officially leaving korea with TRAUMA like bawled my eyes out on the medical table trauma

so thankfully a friend of a friend was in korea and bc my translator bailed on me, she subbed in to come with me to my appointment today. it went MUCH MUCH better with her there and the doctor was saying that he REALLY recommended the laughing gas

anyways i am the 1/10 people that experience TERRIBLE laughing gas side effects and basically had a panic attack on...

every time i come back to washington i just feel this sense of HOME like no other

some updates: my mom decorated the “cat apartment” with all things cat and it makes me so happy so see my parents but also to see them become cat parents in their own way bc they only have ever had dogs :’)

she has decorated with cat throw pillows, towels, rugs, and art LOL its so silly but also so so SO cute
