Yes, I’ve seen season 2 of The Mandalorian. Yes, I still think Boba Fett is an overhyped character. No, you CAN’T change my mind.
________
Hey, Readers! I realized it’s been a while since I’ve talked about Star Wars out loud to the public, and that’s mostly due to me making an attempt to preserve my mental health.
With that being said, I recently binged all of The Mandalorian season 2 now that all 8 episodes are available -- because I don’t really enjoy watching ...

Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Captain America: Civil War. The Captain America franchise has established itself as one of the crown jewels of Marvel Studios, and has helped re-introduce the world to a character that has proven isn’t just a product of its time.
But now that the story of Steve Rogers has ended with Avengers: Endgame and both Clint and Bucky carrying on his legacy in the upcoming Falcon and Winter Soldier series for Disney+, ...

Nando of Nando v Movies joins me in this analysis of Marvel Studios’ Captain America trilogy! We take a look at The First Avenger, The Winter Soldier, and Civil War in an attempt to properly bring the three-part story of Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers full circle. Properly tying Red Skull and the Super Soldier Serum to a more accurate Baron Zemo from Marvel Comics, while keeping the movie's connection to the greater MCU intact to make the franchise a proper movie trilogy!

Hey Readers. Remember Rugrats?
/It was a Spongebob Squarepants level popular animated show on Nickelodeon during the 90’s and 2000’s about 4 to 6 babies with overactive imaginations getting into various hijinks./
They could talk, but only amongst themselves; all the adults could hear was goo-goo gaga.
The only ones that could hear them and communicate back were the older kids that were regular characters.

The Hanukkah (Chanukah) episode of Nickelodeon’s Rugrats that aired in 1996 was one of the first holiday specials I saw that didn’t feature Christmas. And while I knew of the Jewish Festival of Lights for the candles, dreidels and menorahs that are involved, this episode featuring Tommy and company was how I learned about the meaning regarding Judaism and why it’s celebrated.

HBO Max released a special episode of Euphoria centered around Zendaya’s character Rue. And while part 1 is a very simple and bare bone scenario, it offers both a character analysis and a character study for Rue that’s very reminiscent of a practice known for the type of story the series has been telling since the first season.

Having a crush on a straight guy as a bisexual is one of the few things I’ve done that I’m not proud of and that I constantly try and handle. And the fact that the crush in question is a friend of mine doesn’t make it better. Thankfully, I have a few mediators I can call on that help me deal with the situation, and handle it in a way that doesn’t let me regress.

Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, and Bill & Ted Face The Music. Not only is this franchise one of the cornerstones of pop culture that has stood the test of time thanks to the multiple references to it in media since its conception in the late 80s, but is also responsible for the career of one of the most kind and humble Canadian immortals the world has ever seen.

/Sleepy Hollow is a mystery-horror piece inspired by “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” by Washington Irving, released in 1999 by Paramount Pictures. It stars Johnny Depp as Ichabod Crane, reimagined as a New York constable in the year 1799 who is trying to get the New York Police Department to utilize forensic science in distributing its justice.
