How much is Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door in your country?

I've noticed that the price is different across the UK, USA and Japan. However, I know some of you lot here live in lots of different countries so if you could let me know how much it's retailing for in your country and whether that price includes or excludes tax, I would be very grateful.

If you could also let me know at what level the government charge VAT in your country, I would be very grateful, i.e. UK is 20% and Hungary is 27% etc etc.
