I'm really happy with the final result, I hope you guys enjoy it as well. Talking about voted projects now I'll be moving to Injustice 2, I believe the release of the Super Girl nude model is close. Meanwhile I have a couple of ideas to make a nude Black Canary model.

On a side note I'm also porting Miranda Lawson for a commission, so I might do something with her if there's enough time.

Hey there folks! Sorry for the long time away, I ended up missing last week diary due to work. These last two weeks were very chaotic.

That doesn't mean that I'm not making progress though.

Today I want to share some screens from our upcoming scene with Faith Connors.

As for the other projects I'm getting ready to start working on the SuperGirl and also a Black Canary video. I might do something with Miranda Lawson as well.

About SuperGirl I'm currently waiting for a couple of nude models to be released, there are some very good ones about to come out.

Black Canary I'm making plans to make a nude model of my own, since it seems there won't be any nudel models so soon.

Meanwhile remember about the game project I talked a while ago?! Well it was release a while ago by my partnes at Sexy Verse Games, I'll be sharing the game along with this month's releases.

It's pretty simple actually, It's an adaptation of our Jill Valentine animation. But it was an extremely important step for me to start working on games. I'm currently talking with the guys over at Sexy Verse Games to start making a proper project from the ground up. I'll keep you guys updated on that as well.

Perv's Diary: Week 81(NSFW)

Hey there folks!

So for today I have very exciting news!

After a lot of researching and funds saving I manage to get myself a new computer! This new rig was purchased mostly with the money I made with Triple R. All I can say is thanks to all of you yet again for supporting me and making all this possible. This new rig will be vital to further increase the quality of my content.

I'm slowly migrating the projects for the new PC, I'm animating our Faith patreon project on it and it's been a blast!

Meanwhile I'm here to share more about this month projects.

Both projects are coming together great for their release at the end of the month. These and a special commission I'm making will be the very last projects to be rendered on my old computer. I'm very excited to start testing ramping things up for future projects.

Perv's Diary: Week 80(NSFW)

Hey there folks! For this diary we'll take another look on the two projects for this month.

Just like last week i'm still rendering the Tali project. Here's another  shot!

Also I'm finishing the animations for a new Lightning and Serah scene. In this one we'll have Futa Serah going on Lightning! I took these shots from inside the software. The following positions are still missing some fatial animations so don't mind some wooden faces. I'll start rendering the project soon.

Meanwhile I'm also looking into possible Power Girl and Super Girl models for the patreon project, oh and Black Canary as well!

I hope to have something solid to work on soon.

Injustice 2 Poll done! So What?!

Hey there folks! First of all thanks to everyone that participate on the latest patreon polls. I hope you guy are excited to see the most voted ladies in action.

With that said now let's talk about the projects!

On the first poll Injustice 2 took the lead, while Faith Connors took the second place and Miranda Lawson stayed on third. I already started working on a scene with Faith Connors! I'm very excited with the project, soon I'll have some previews to post on the diary.

I'll keep Miranda Lawson in mind for later, because now we need to talk about the most voted one, Injustice 2.

I want to make a video with at least the two most voted ladies, in case you haven't seen the final results, Starfire took the third place, Black Canary stay on second and Power Girl/Super Girl took the top spot. 

So my intention is to make at least one video with Power Girl/Super Girl and one with Black Canary. 

On this post I want to talk about Power Girl/Super Girl, ever since I started playing the game I always felt their face geometry was slightly different, I was really annoyed because I didn't know how much was just my impression and how much it was true, so I did this haha:

I download the rip from the originals models and put them side by side, turns out I was right on that, while you can clearly see that it's the same person not only the hair but Super Girl has a more slim figure and bone structure, while Power Girl has a more round and adult figure for her face.

Anyway so why I'm talking so much about this? Here's what I'm thinking, since Injustice 2 and DC universe plays a lot with multiverse theory, what if we made a video showing two versions of a multiverse? Version 1 Power Girl is getting boned, version 2 Super Girl is the one in action. My idea is to actually do it in the same video, so during the film we would change between multiverses, I still don't have the whole idea figured out but some along those lines sounds really fun and creative.

Anyway now let's talk about the projects for this month. I'm working on another Futanari scene with Lightning and Serah, I don't have any render to show yet, but I already animated a large amount of the project. It's coming together really nice, I intend to show it in the next diary.

For today we'll take another look on the Tali threesome scene I'm working on, I'm currently rendering and also finishing the facial animations.

New Patreon Poll! What about the future Part 2!

Hey there folks! So the last poll results are out!

It was very close but Miranda Lawson got the third place ahead of Borderlands.

Faith Connors took the second place!

Lastly Injustice 2 got the first place, so what about now?

Since Injustice 2 has quite the female cast on this poll we'll be voting for our favorite Injustice 2 gals! If you wish you can vote for more than one character.

Meanwhile I'll be getting the resources ready to make an animation featuring Faith Connors, I'm very excited to finally make some smut with her.

1- Super Girl or Power Girl?

 On this first poll I decided to put Super Girl and Power Girl together, in case she gets among the top voted we can do another one to figure out which one we can use.

I personally prefer Super Girl but I'm still unsure if she's underage or not.

2- Cheetah

I'll include Cheetah on the poll, she does have a human variant, in the case of the animal variant my worry would be to acquire a proper nude model. Anyway I'll include her in the meantime, but It's possible that we won't have a good model to work with.

3- DLC characters

Some DLC characters are still not available, we might have to wait in case we want to use one of them.

Hey there folks! For today's diary I want to share stuff both from this and next month's projects.

First here's another preview for the new Lightning solo scene.

I'm already rendering the scenes and putting the video together for post production, I'm still setting up the background scenery, that's why the background is currently black.

Also I want to share more about the Tali video I talked about on the last diary, the video will be released next month, I'm still on the animating stages so I took some screenshots from inside the software to show you guys.

I have three previews, first is an intro scene I'm working on where Tali takes her armor off, this first pic shows her without a part of the helmet.

Perv's Diary: Week 76(NSFW)

Hey there folks! First of all I'm really sorry for the lame diary last week, today we'll have a pretty epic one to make it up for it.

Ok so first I want to talk about the Lightning solo video I'm working for this month. Since it's a one character scene I'm using the project to further test some new tweaks I've been working on. Fortunately the news are very good, I was able to implement everything I wanted, I made multiple minor updates to my workflow here's how it goes.

First about the animations itself, since animating is the most time consuming part I keep implementing new features very gradually to avoid possible screw ups that could result on a time loss I can't afford.

For all my new animations going forward I'm working on a new concept of animation layers, the idea is to try to get the more fluid and organic as possible, maybe even on the very long term ditch the loops all together.

At the same time it's important to have a good loop technique for the game projects I intend to work on.

I'm now doing the body animation using a much better loop technique, which will not only work great for games but It also allows me to maybe start trying to make body animation without any loops at all.

As for the facial animations(which I now make on a separate layer) I'm doing it full straight ahead, without any loops at all. But here's the catch, since I work now on a separate layer I can easily isolate a small portion to adapt it to a game. So it's really great and I'm very happy with it.

Meanwhile I'm also making some minor changes to my shaders and rendering sets. It's not huge changes, but it will make some good difference for the final image aspect.

These are a couple of tests using the new Lightning project(there will be two more positions on the video), while the body animation is pretty much done I'm about to start the facial animation, so please don't mind her wooden face haha.

For outdoor scenes I'm now using actual sun light simulation, as you can see it can get quite aggressive on the color temperature. I also want to give the skin a little more shine to make it feel more organic. I want to find a sweet spot, where there's a very organic feel but at the same time it's not so much "in your face" as a lot of 3D smut ou there.

For indoor scenes I'm making a couple of tests with another Lightning project, which I intend to release on March, featuring both Lightning and Serah. But since that still on the very early stages here's some shots from the Mass Effect video I commented last week.

This video is a commission currently on post production. It will be released along with the Lightning video at the end of the month.

In case you're wondering about the models, they are Sara and Lexi from Mass Effect Andromeda, the reason they look a bit "off" is because Andromeda uses in game bones information to adjust the character's face, so when you export the model from the game the face doesn't look quite like the game(it's the very same thing with Piper from Fallout 4 for example, if you notice her exported face model looks quite "off" as well).

So instead of using the raw exports the client decided to go with custom models.

Talking about Mass Effect though(and getting back on the adjustments for indoor scenes) I'm also working on a very special project to give Tali some justice.

I'm working along with a fellow patron, who is a big fan of Mass Effect as well, we decided to settle on the model above to make an erotic scene with Tali. As you can see multiple tweaks were made to the skin, I'm already animating the project, it will also feature male Shepard, while Ashley will feature on the later half as a special guest.

So talking about the indoor scenes finally, I'm starting to implement some dynamic lightning, It's still really simple stuff but if I believe in due time I'll be able to make some great improvements. 

For last but not least I'm also making progress on putting the game project together! We are using the Jill Valentine animations, soon I believe we'll have a beta for people to test. I'm getting very excited with how it's going, I'll keep you guys updated on that as well.

Perv's Diary: Week 75

Hey there Folks! Sorry for this late diary.

I had a small problem with my PC's hard drive. Don't worry though all my stuff is fine and secure. It seems my old buddy is getting old indeed, I'm already making plans to get a new rig, it seems the timing is right.

I'm really sorry but due to the issues I was unable to take proper shots for this diary, diaries without smut stuff are lame I know, really sorry, what I'm gonna do is share some more news about the upcoming projects.

For this month we'll have another solo scene with Lightning, I'm making a lot of progress on the animations, for the first time I'll be using some actual sun light simulation, it's gonna be fun.

Also I'm working on two scenes set on the Mass Effect Universe, the first one comes out this month, it features characters from Mass Effect Andromeda, I haven't played Andromeda yet but it has been fun making the video.

For the next month I'm working on a very special commission, the video will be focused on Tali'Zorah, I'm very excited with how it's coming along.

Also I'm making progress on the very first game prototype, it's gonna feature scenes from the Jill Valentine patreon video I just released for you guys.

Since we are done with the Jill video I'll be putting together some new polls. Stay tuned for that!

Hey there folks! For this week we'll be taking a final look at the two Jill videos, both will be released next week.

I'm currently making the final tweaks, anyway now that I'm back full force for 2018 I want to talk about the new upcoming projects!

For February we'll have more Lightning action while I'm also working on two very special commissions featuring characters from Mass Effect. Stay tuned for more news on that.

I'm also working with Sexy Verse Games(maybe you already heard of them), we are building together my very first game haha, the first one will probably be just a prototype with some reused files. After getting everything right though I intend to start making more complex games, I have a lot of crazy ideas haha, let's see how it goes.

Hey there folks! To celebrate the new year I'm making this one last diary.

First I would like to thanks all of you again for the great year the Triple R project had, thanks to your ongoing support we are growing better and better. Due to some shortcomings I'll be holding all releases to january. Due to the time of the year I've been very overloaded, so here's how things will go on january.

First and foremost I ask for some of your comprehension and patience, as I said last week during january I'm actually moving to another place plus changing jobs and etc. My priority is to make sure that all these changes won't affect the quality of the current releases, I don't want to rush anything. 

After all these changes on january though I'll actually have a better schedule to dedicate myself to Triple R, but before that keep in mind that during next month I might take longer to answer you or to post the diary. 

As for the releases, around the 5th of January everyone that has the pledge confirmed should already have received the releases. First I'll be sharing the Lightning and Serah new scene, along with the second part of the Lilith scene. The two Jill Valentine scenes I'm working on are coming together really nice, but I'll need more time for the post-production.

Hey there folks! For today's diary we'll finally take a look on the two Jill scenes I'm working on.

Since I also received a commission for a Jill and Ada lesbian scene, my idea was to make two versions of the same storyline, on the first(voted video) Jill is teaming up with a soldier, which leads to the Guy Girl scene.

On the second Jill is teaming up with Ada, which then leads to the lesbian scene.

End Year Post: A very special thanks to all my patrons!

First of all a thanks to everyone!

Hello there friends! So we are getting close now to the end of what was  no doubt the greatest year of this blog so far. New techniques were implemented, such as proper facial animation, better rendering, more complex shaders, new post production methods and so on.

All of this was only possible because of all of you, who decided to put your faith in my work, I can't really express how thankful I am for that. When we kicked off the year the blog had about 140$ as montlhy income here on patreon. We doubled that and are now around 300$ a month plus many of the outside commissions I've been doing. From the 1$ Patron to the highest tier, to the guy who shared my free stuff on tumblr to the guy who asked for a commission. Thanks to all of you for making this possible.

For me it's been an incredible challenge and learning process, to work as a one man army to produce videos every month, I feel like I've learned much more with Triple R than with any other project I've worked on haha. It's fun, very challenging and I have the luxury of being supported by a very kind and creative community.

The Future!

As you know though I'm always striving for more, so I want to talk about my plans for next year, I'm working on a new body animation  technique that is being partially implemented on the upcoming Jill patreon video, with everything going alright with this one I'll start to fully use it on future projects.

For next year I'm also looking into new ways of improving many aspects of my animations. There's been new trick I've discovered for achieving a better flow. They are still on the experimental phase tough. 

I'm working around my finances to build a new machine next year, this is going to be extremely helpful for my workflow. I had a great time with my current rig, we produced a massive amount of stuff together, but he's getting around the 7 year old mark now, it's time to move on. There are many things such as liquid simulation and dynamic lightning effects that I haven't been able to implement due to hardware limitations.

One thing I always wanted to try out is making erotic games, I had this on my mind for a long time now. It's finally coming together next year, I've been working on a very special partnership(no way I would be able to code the game haha) to make it happen. We are taking it slow though, first we want to try a very straightforward approach, just an interactive menu where you can choose the positions. From there though I had quite a lot of ambitious ideas haha, we'll see how it goes.

Important stuff about January!

So to wrap things up, January is going to be an extremely busy month for me, I'm actually moving to another house haha. I'll also be taking some new better part time jobs, due to that plus you know the usual new year stuff I'll probably be away for a couple of days, I already had all this planned for a while so no worries, It won't affect our projects at all.

The reason why I decided to share with you is because it wil take a while until I manage to move and get the internet up and running on my new place after the new year. So If I don't get back to you at the first two weeks of january don't worry, it's probably because I'm still sorting the internet and place thing out. As for the releases the patreon requests will probably be released before January. As for the Jill project I'll hold it for a little longer to make sure everything is in order.

Aside from the two scenes I already shared about this month, I'm working on two scenes with Jill Valentine. The patreon video with Jill is making a lot of progress, next week I hope to finally share some previews of it.

The next few weeks and specially January are going to be very busy for me due to multiple things that are happening. Fortunately though I have a lot of exciting stuff to talk about for next the year as well.

Next week we'll be talking about all the plans for next year, my plans to get a new computer, a very special partnership I'm currently working on and much more!

Perv's Diary: Week 69(NSFW)

Hey there friends! It's been a while that I haven't made a diary with some technical mumbo jumbo, today I got some free time so let's do another one!

First here's a shot from the upcoming release featuring Lightning & Serah for this month. 

Now for the mumbo jumbo.

Today I want to talk about video encoding and exporting methods.

For all my videos I use the h.264 codec, sounds complicated but it really isn't haha, that's the coded responsible for the very popular MP4 video format. Problem is ever since the overall I made to my animations since the Isabela release, I've been working with more and more renders layers, which results in multiple video layers during post-production.

Just for an example, during the old days I would use around 3 or 4 layers during post production. Nowdays sometimes I go up to 14 layers depending on the number of characters on screen! The reason layers are so addictive is because they offer much better control, you can have a layer for shadows, color, scenery, specific objects and so on. After you get the trick it becomes pretty much unlimited really, as you long as you have the time and resources to work on it of course.

So why does this matter when it comes to video enconding? Well due to the nature of some plug-ins that I use, I'm forced to encode the video layer by layer, which means first I export the main animation layer, then the scenery and so on. Depending on the video during the process there's a clearly loss of quality which was really bothering me. The issue become very apparent with both the Lightning & Serah video I've shown above and also the Lilith video I'm working on, which I'll show some previews in a few moments.

The solution was actually pretty simple, I'm now encoding the video in frames,  which means I build all the layers and stuff, make the post production and after that I export the video frame by frame with PNG format. I export all layers at once, frame by frame, If I end up not liking something I can simply go back to those exact frames I didn't like, edit the layers and export them again. It can be a little more complex to work with but there's no loss of image quality and I have even more control over the final result.

Just to point out this is also the method we usually use on 3D softwares, we render the animation frame by frame, we only transform it into an actual video with an video editing software later.

To show a cool example of layers I made a couple of previews from the Lilith upcoming release.

One of the tricks I'm using here is to actually have the cell shader on a separate layer haha.

First here's the animation layer(I made all backgrounds white to make it clearer).

As you can see it's not cell shaded.

Hey there friends! For today's diary we are taking a last look on the two videos for this month.

Both videos will be released next week on the weekend(day 4 and 5), these last few weeks have been quite busy so I'm giving it a couple of extra days to make sure everything is in order for the release.

The post production is pretty much done on both videos, I'm now making the final touches and working on the sound.

Next week I intend to start sharing previews from November projects! So stay tuned.
