Our Actual Now
Our Actual Now. I stepped back from making diary comics for a week or so to focus a bit on promoting The Fifth Quarter, and when I got back to it, I feel like it all came tumbling out. Here’s a lot of what’s been on my mind, the ever increasing efforts to ban books from school and libraries that are spreading across the country especially. I feel like this isn’t making it into most people’s radars, but it’s an extremely ominous trend.

Scotch Egg Press, package 1 update
An update for those Patreon backers who are supporting me at the Scotch Egg Press subscription level. The first package will go into the mail on Monday. It includes a postcard, three zines, with five short stories and an essay, and one piece of original art drawn in pen and Coptic markers.
Putting together this first package was super fun, but also a small learning experience. I am excited to start gathering material to go out in the next shipment, which will be in January.
