Grandmiral requested Collette to be celebrating Chinese New Year in weeaboo. It's not exactly a traditional Japanese summer festival but that won't stop her celebrating it that way, haha.
Here's how the tattoo design ended up finalizing on. :) The client wanted to keep it a little rough, so I tried to keep it clean but not TOO clean. I can't wait to see how it'll look as a sleeve!

A half-orcen blood hunter! When I first sketch this character I was going for WoW proportions for orcs but then I realized I had to pull it back since he's half orc, haha.
He weilds 2 khopesh blades! One made of pure mythril and the other a black steel fused with lightning. Under his clothes he has a chest plate made of Bullet scales.
I was kind of lost on making a pose for him, but in the end I was how relaxed it is.
I started working on my comic this weekend! I'm working on a short prologue before we get into Chapter 1. I'm hoping by the time the prologue ends I get more comfortable and consistent in drawing the characters. It's time I stopped writing and sketching concepts and actually do the damn thing!
I'll probably re-do the doilies she's using for curtains. Specially in the first panel. I'm just excited and want to actually start posting haha.

A commission of an androgynous D&D character! He was described as androgynous and dressed in a Middle Eastern style. He's wearing a hide made from a manticore so I thought adding the stripes of that could make him appear even more exotic!

Last month's sketch jam was to make a prince concept based off a Disney Princess. This time you have to take the villain and gender bend them! You don't NEED to use the villain from the same movie you did the previous jam before, but it would be preferred!

I really loved the arcanist and scholar class!! Any class with a pet is my go to in an MMORPG, haha. And I miss play FFXIV so I gotta jump in there sometime. I probably have so many veteran awards stacked up... plus I still have to try out the blue mage class :)
For anyone what was watching the stream, originally it lighting was a teal/blue. But I felt the purple sat better with the warm tones!

I was able to pick from a couple different characters from Borderlands for Emylia! Even though she's a magic user I find her designs athletic so I thought Lilith would be a good fit for her!

I had total freedom with this design, but If I remember correctly the Patron wanted their character like a Mad Max Viking Queen. On retrospect shew should be more covered in filth but I dunno... seems like the Queen would be tidier than most haha.

While she's no longer my number 1 Vocaloid, Luka absolutely was for the longest time. I still think she has such a unique voice even after all these years, but as there have been less and less producers using her sadly I just haven't heard her in a while. (unless I listen to old albums)
She had a much more mature and natural huskiness to her voice compared to other Crypton vocals at the time. So I thought a boho inspired look would fit her more than the digital look I usually associate ...

Really dug Pearl's new design in the SU finale! I usually hold off on drawing spoilers, but I just dig the simplicity of it so much. Plus its a good evolution to her character. Her early outfits were so feminine and they've evolved into something more androgynous. Much more fitting to her current state!
