As I watch more and more tape and start to complete my grades for the top players in this class, these mocks are going to get overhauled several times over. Mock 4.0 is one of the biggest overall week-to-week changes I've done thus far, and a big part of it is the insertion of Isaiah Oliver. Now that the Jets and Bills are starting to make moves to get higher in the first round, we can expect to see a lot of quarterbacks fly off the board in the top 12-15 picks. Here is how I see the first round shaking out as of today.
