Friday Update 2/8/2019 - New Beta Build

Heads up: this month's beta build is twice the size it should be. This is due to the way an asset I purchased was packaged. Unity will try to make the file size as small as possible, cutting out assets I'm not using, however this person bundled all of their meshes into a single file and so I'll need to separate all of the meshes into separate files so that Unity can cut the file size down. I'll be doing that next week but for now I apologize for the 60 Mb of garbage.

Friday Update 02/01/2019 - Beta Build Information

This week I overhauled the reward tiers per my previous post around mid January. Now there are just three tiers Cloth, Leather, and Metal. I was going to change their names to square, cube, and tesseract to go with the "cube" motif, but it wasn't worth drafting new icons at the moment.

Friday Update 01/25/2019 New Beta Build

This week I did some preparation for the upcoming changes to the Patreon tiers (see my previous post for more information). Whether or not I can give benefits to patrons who cancel at a later date seems to fall upon how Patreon manages unpublished tiers and new sign ups, so I'll have to figure it out sometime after February.

As you've probably read from my last post this week I set out to plan a rework to the Patreon reward tiers. I was also able to get one stage of the Bonnie Fredrika game over animation done (just the transition to the cowgirl/face sitting position) which took much more time than I had anticipated. The looped animation are usually just two key frames (up/down or in/out) while this transition had something like 6 (scoot back, extend hand, grab hand, pull up, sit down, final position).

Friday Update 1/11/19 - New Beta Build/New Poll

This week I implemented the Fredrika and Bonnie Game Over scene into the game. All you need to do is have the power shut off while Fredrika is at the right door.

I'm experimenting with the order in which I add things to see if its quicker to do the implementation first and then just focus on animation work until the public release. I also fixed some bugs affecting Foxy in the Toy Box that was causing her "On Camera" animations to not play.

Friday Update 01/04/2019 - New Beta/Poll Results

The poll to determine what will be added to version 0.08 has concluded. The specific results can be found on smutcube.com but the winners were Fredrika and Bonnie for the new threesome femdom animation. I started work right away on the animation and its first stage is available for preview in the latest beta build. I'll also be holding subsequent polls to determine where the animation goes from the first stage that's been established.

Friday Update 12/14/18 - A Release for all patrons

This week I finished up all the work that needed to be done for the V0.07 public release, and this week that build is available to all patrons (including paper tier) at the bottom of this post!

In order to release the build to the public I've obviously had to remove the DRM that was in place. Releasing to paper tier and above will allow for extra testing to make sure that that DRM has been taken care of adequately before the public release in the coming days.

Friday Update - Final Beta Build

I wasn't quite able to get a full public release underway this week as I had intended. I underestimated how much work still needed to be done such as animating the puppets walk cycle, jump scare, and finishing her programming. I've pretty much finished the puppet this week (and her story mode night) and she's almost completely functional in arcade mode as well.

Friday Update - New Beta Build

This week I finished (for the most part) the animation for the puppet's game over scene. I still need to add sound as well as some other tweaks but it should be good to go. This will be the second animation to utilize the ejaculation system I created in V0.06 so it's proven to be a flexible system going forward. Looking forward I just need to create a "Puppet tutorial night" to the story mode and add the puppet to the toy box then V0.07 should be ready for the public.

Black Friday Update - New Beta Build

This week I took some time to polish up the story mode before adding the puppet's "tutorial night". Copying the original FNAF game's functionality, I made it possible to skip the phone girl's dialogue. Now every story night begins with a phone call that you can either answer or ignore by pressing the appropriate button. Friday Update 11/16/2018 - New Beta Build

I didn't get as much done this week as I would have liked to due to a couple complications technical and non-technical. However I was able to complete about half of the new animation stage for the puppet, which will be the climax stage before the "post-climax" idle animation.

Friday Update 11/9/2018 - New Beta Build

This week I took some time to animate and (hopefully) squash some bugs. I changed the way that patron files are downloaded so that administrator permissions are no longer required. I also fixed the credits screen so that it scales properly to all tested resolutions. I also fixed the scroll window on the credits screen so that you should be able to easily scroll through the credits.

Friday Update 11/02/2018 - New Beta Build

This month I (finally) finished the credits system so that credits can be semi-automatically added to the latest build of the game. The only thing that requires manual input is the approval process which I will be trying to do every few days. You can see the new credits system (and submit your name if you're eligible) in the latest beta build on smutcube.com. You will need a new access code as they expire at the beginning of each month.

Due to the implementation of the automated crediting system, starting with next weeks beta build credits will only show up if you submit them through the F*NAF application. All of the previous names will be removed, even if you've previously submitted what name you would like in the credits directly to me.

(Barely) Friday Update - New(ish) Beta Build

This week I've been working on the way Patreon rewards are redeemed in game. This involved creating new menus for enabling beta content, submitting names for credits, and a cheat menu to replace the old cheat code system. Problem With Patreon's API (Probably)

There seems to be an issue with the data that Patreon is returning during the authentication process on Smutcube.com which is causing a fatal error to occur. I'll make sure there's nothing wrong on my end but all errors point to Patreon's servers returning data that isn't formatted properly. It seems this error started at 3:43 PM CDT which is well after I finished making any updates to the server. I'll be figuring out a work around in the mean time.

This week I continued working on the puppet as well as some "behind the scenes" codes that will come into play later in development. 

New Beta

A new beta is available at the usual spot, it's a fairly small update on the surface. I finished the oral animation for the sex machine and added a "bordeom" meter that will show you how close she is to attacking. Some of the behind the scenes stuff will eventually be useful when Mangle/ The shop is added.

Friday Update 09/28/2018 - New Beta
