Weekend Update 9/10/23

This week I fixed bugs with the Helloween event and tuned the boss mode mechanics of some bots to make them slightly easier/less frustrating. In addition I enabled the ability to switch cameras with keybinds during the Helloween event and added a tutorial text box telling players how to use the new function. I also spent this weekend concepting out the host of Helloween, a raven sex bot named Mistress Murder. You can see the in progress pictures of her in the Discord's daily update channel. View Post

Weekend Update 09/03/23

This week I worked on fixing some lingering issues as well as introduced the option for dynamic lighting/shadows in certain areas of the showroom and started implementing the next Halloween event "Helloween".

The window resizer was having issues resizing windows while the game window itself was windowed. I've overhauled how it calculates what the window size should be which should solve the issue so that it works the same regardless of windowed or full screen.

Weekend Update 08/26/23

This week I fixed substantial light map issues that were present in the last build by completely rebuilding and rebaking the light maps, I also introduced dynamic lights around the office and fixed a long standing issue with Foxy and Bonnie's eyelashes.

Weekend Update 08/20/23

This week I mostly worked on making the mesh for Golden Fredrika, which is now available for preview in the Toy Box, I also rebaked the light maps and made some slight visual tweaks to the showroom, finally I fixed a bug that was causing post-processing to not be turned on except for during gameplay.

Note: The attached beta build still has a couple bugs I'm working on, namely the ejaculations on meatsack are gigantic and only the first sex bot added to a scene can be looked at using the right click menu. Weekend Update 08/06/23

This week I worked on laying down the ground work for Golden Fredrika's mechanics, improved Bonnie's boss mode teleport and fixed some small issues with the transform gizmo.

Smaller than usual update since last weeks update ran all the way up until Thursday due to problems I encountered implementing the scrapped QA machine feature. But this weekend I added undo and redo buttons to the toybox and desk setup so that you can now use the undo stack feature with the mouse if you prefer. Weekend Update 07/15/23 - Plans for V0.99

This week I worked on getting the public update out the door at the beginning of the week and tried updating the Unity version of the game for the last few days.

As of right now the update to Unity has been going slow, but there has been some progress. Right now post-processing is throwing several errors that are preventing the game from being played, but it's a step in the right direction as the game was previously not able to be compiled at all. 07/09/23 Weekend Update Release Candidate 2

This week I polished and fixed bugs that were still present in the release candidate from last week. This will be the public release, once I've finalized the patch notes I'll have it posted to my Twitter later today.

Last Minute Weekend Update 06/25/23

This week I finished the story mode dialogue up to night 21 (the final night of this update) and did a rebalancing of the boss mode bots to hopefully smooth out the difficulty curve.

Dialogue has been added to nights 13, 14, and 21. Also new is that on nights 14 and 21 the night will be interrupted at 6 AM by Phone Girl, which will give story beats that connect nights 14-15 and 21-22. Weekend Update 06/18/23

This week I implemented Fredrika's boss mode mechanics and started writing the dialog for nights 8-14.

Fredrika will now fly when passing through rooms with the lights off. While flying she will move 1.5x faster and won't make any footsteps. This should make keeping the lights on much more important on her night. Balance is still an issue, I intended to play through all the boss mode nights this week but I'll have to leave that for next week.

This week I reworked the Puppet's boss mode mechanic as well as fixed some minor bugs.

Instead of having the puppet slowly gain boredom in each position over the night without boredom decay, she will now gain decay boredom in the positions she's not in but will gain boredom much faster. Weekend Update 05/28/23

This weekend I worked on fixing some of the issues still present with the new QA machine as well as implemented the first iteration of the Puppet's boss mode mechanics.

The new QA machine should now appear in the game over scene and night correctly. There are still some issues with some animations that are still using the previous iteration of the QA machine, I'll have to swap those out next week.

Midweek Update 05/26/23

This week I worked on adding the updated animations for the new Fuck Machine Mk 2 as well as doing a model/structural update to the Mk2 so that it now has gates. The structural change was to address issues with some of the animations where the Puppet would put her weight on the machine which looked odd with a purely tentacle based machine.

Weekend Update 05/07/23

This week I went bug hunting and fixed some issues with Chica and improved her boss mode mechanics a bit. I fixed the known issue of the unused cameras being swapped to. Her camera freezes will now also not persist to the next night if the night ends while the cameras are frozen. I also improved the mechanics a bit so that when Chica enters a room it will also cause the camera to swap away from her and added a voice effect to her swapping.

Last Minute Weekend Update 04/30/23

This week I worked on implementing Chica's boss mode mechanics and fixed a couple minor bugs.

While Chica is in boss mode (story night 15) she will now cause the camera to move away from her when the camera is switched to her. Additionally the player will lose the ability to switch to a different camera for a short period after Chica has swapped the camera away from her. Weekend Update 04/23/23

This week I worked on polishing the Bonnie and Springtrap boss mode mechanics as well as fixed some miscellaneous bugs.

Bonnie will now switch to different animation depending on where she teleports to. If she teleports to the couch she will sit down next to Springtrap, if she teleports next to Foxy she will lay down next to Foxy. Bonnie has also received a bug fix that will cause her tablet to appear once again, this is something that was removed long ago that I forgot to fix.

Weekend Update 04/02/2023

This week I fixed a couple exploits and added the boss mechanics and dialogue for Foxy and Mangle.

Switching cameras, activating dildos, and using the honeypot should no longer be possible before a night starts. The exception being the nights that require camera switching such as the tutorial nights.

Boss mode bots will no longer be interested in Springtrap and can't be "tickled" to get her attention.
