Exclusive First Look: Tier 3 Artwork

Wights are a specific classification of undead; corpses possessed and animated by shades. Without these shades a wight cannot exist.

When a colony of shades is disrupted or threatened, the shades will instinctively occupy nearby corpses en masse, animating them into a physical force to defend against intruders. 100 Dollar Goal Met!

As an update, I wanted to provide my goals for this month:

•  Officially post two chapters of the new Beyond the Pale story to Patreon
• Commission two pieces by the same artist who did the Barghest drawing
• Commission two pieces by two separate additional artists
• Complete the final hellscape with henpendrips 

Hi Guys! Just an update!

So I think I've got all the artists I need for this project.  I've got some commissions locked in.  The one artist I've got working on something right now is currently dealing with a family issue so I've put that commission on hold.

Expect something new soon though!

Monster Template Test: Aboleth

Another test.  For this one I chose the Aboleth because of how dense the overall skill/trait section is.

As you can see, it fills up most of the second page; Statistics, Traits, Abilities and Modifiers.  A monster section this dense in the Beyond the Pale Bestiary might require four pages to pace things a bit better, space text out with artwork and make things feel not quite so cramped.

Monster Template Test: Lich

Using a Lich from a different monster book, I tested to see how viable my template is.  I specifically chose this entry because of how dense the lore/lair info is.
