As mentioned on Monday, we are going to pump out some Patreon inspired videos this week to catch up on the backlog. We intend to have at least one video per Wednesday after we finish these going forward. Since it is currently Wednesday, in a way this is the spiritual first in that effort.
They won't all be this long or rambling, but everything has to start somewhere.

I'd love to do a real, in-depth, interview based documentary here. It's such a strange world. You feel it like a fog the entire time you're there. Such a traumatic and horrifying place.

I think most of us know the first line of Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities, but have never heard the rest. I tried in vain to write it into the script, but in the end it felt hamfisted. Rather than let it go to waste, I'm posting it here for you to enjoy.

I spent 3 weeks debating if we'd release the video today, given how it took a more personal tone. But I'm happy we did.

It was hard to find stories in the desert, but I don't regret going there for a second. The landscape alone made it worthwhile for me. Driving across the Atacama (twice) was one of my truly unique life experiences.

If you could lend me your eyes for a minute, I have a small update on the tiers.
I want to make sure everyone gets the most of this Patreon with the least amount of effort possible by me. I'd started under, and am now somewhat stuck with, the "per video" charge system, and that has made the tiers kinda wonky and opened up the potential for questions.
"If I sign up for the $15 tier but set a monthly max cap of $15, do I still get the tier?"
