Burnout is real :D and Cad Bane blaster

A weird way to start the post , right ? :) - but more on that later, i'll talk about the project first :)

So as some of you allready knew i was working on Cad Bane blaster for a while. Now the bad thing is even tho we do have some info about the blaster we dont have many clear images.

So what we do know is the base of the blaster is the Colt 1851 - so i told myself "I'm gonna build this one the way they built it for the show" - or at least try to :D

I would say we now have a completed Mandalorian armorer's armor :)

As i stated in previous post , the helmet and the hammer are old rewards and were uploaded before, so you can pick them as one of your old rewards, so uploaded this time are :

- chest piece
-back piece
-left and right boot plates
- left and right pauldron - that have the weawing patterns designed into them

Ok boys and girls, new month

so a few words:

1 - from now on the new months project links will be sent on  5th of every months ( it has come to my attention that patreon is processing pledges for the first few days, and there were cases the links were sent out and some people didnt get htem bcs their pledge was not processed yet, so by the 5th it should all be done and no one should be skipped by accident)

EE-3 final update

Ok guys, here it is, i've made the last update that was requestd, and thats the shoulder mount :)

The old version was a bit too squared, now its more rounded overall and much more closer to provided references

I've also added a split version into 2 parts, that use the same old 8x8 mm pins i use in almost all my designs

PRO TIP: print out bunch of 8x8 pins bcs they are used across all designes so next time you need them you will have them ready ;)

EE-3 and boba's sidearm added to January 2022 folder

So here it is, the final pieces to complete the Boba Fett armor , the EE-3 and the sidearm

I've done some minor updates to those bcs they were pretty much allready good in my opinion, and i didnt wanna do any major changes for everyone whos allready half way thru with printing :D  

so the minor updates on the sidearm are something that was requestd and thats an aditional "trigger" piece that has the loop closed so you can spin the blaster if you like.

Boba Fett armor from The book of Boba Fett

Finally, the project im sure you all have been waiting on , the armor is released :)

Took me 25 days to make it, wich is quite allot, but that was quite a challenge :)

First i would like to thank everyone for not abandoning ship while waiting on this one, sorry i only realased 2 models this month, but the second one has over 100 parts, so i guess that counts for something :D

Next month i'll try to catch up much more projects :)

Boba helmet bits update 21.1.2022.

Not gonna waste much of your time, just wanted to share some updates that were requested to the boba fett helmet bits, and they are as follows :

1. Rangefinder: 

- Body seperated into 2 pieces

- added “holes” on “body 1” to mountthe metal stalk- included a version without the“holes”

2. Right lower ear:

- added “3 dots” to both cleanand “details” ear version

3. Gear “M4 nut” cutout

- M4 screw and nuts...

Boba Fett helmet - armor almost ready !!!

So i know you're allready anxious about the boba fett armor, its almost done, but just to show you why its taking so long, im gonna prerelease the helmet :) 

Once you see the work i've placed into it, it will be clear why its taking so long :D I've been working on the set for 17 days straigh now ,so you can expect the same detail in the armor as well . just a few more days and its gonna be ready for full release.

New year, new projects, and here's the first one of the month :)

I always try to come up with new ideas for the builds and projects  or how to improve existing ones, so another one of those "crazy" ideas i had was - well its a data chip - why not use it as a thumb drive :D

Spiker carbine blaster - Halo

Finally the first weapon from Halo is completed :) 

I wanted to make somethign that i didnt see out there first, and the Spiker just seemed too interesting to pass :D I love the combo of mechanical / organic parts to it, so as always i added several options 

Everything can be assambled with the good old 8x8 pins, and there are multiple options/slicing versions included. Yes the blaster is huge (about 84 cm), but you can print it on any filament prin...

Wrecker helmet _ Bad Batch

Finally the Wrecker's helmet has joined the Bad Batch set, wich means just one more :)

As always i added multiple slicing options, so you have:

- fully combined 1:1 version
- dome and helmet "body" seperated
- "ears and back details" seperated version
- and few slicing options on those
- wireframe cutouts for helmet scaling included
- small scale version for 1/12 scale printing

Dune inspired goodies :)

Ok, time for some new new stuff - its not a secret im a huge Dune Fan, so i had to add some "toys" to patreon wich im sure other Dune fans will like as well :)

I was thinking to add this one all toegether with the other Dune models i'm working on that will be ready rather soon, buuut what the heck, here it is :D 

It's the Gom Jabbar needle, as seen in the new Dune movie used by the bene gesserit "witch" :D :D . Now, given the sizing of the model and the details, this is almost sure to be printed on resin printers only (unless you plan to print a large version :D ).

New month is here , and The Mysterymakers patreon is now exactlly 1 year old :D yeeeeeij :D crazy how time flies :)

Old model updates

For the past few days i have spent my time doing the updates that were requested to some of previous models, so here they are :) 

1. Tech glasses frames - both for the glassed and the pointer there are now both solid and thin lenses 3d models for 3d printing them in resin or vacuum forming - files are in the folder

before i talk about the project updates just a few words about the mesh - the interior might be a bit "lower poly" then we are used to but thats due to the fact that i didnt design it for all the changes, so i had to improve, however good news is that interiors is not really importannt, and ofc its still not terrible, so we're good to go.

IQA-11 blaster rifle

Looks like Facebook is experiencing some trouble so im sorry if i didnt answer the messages just yet, but oh well, in the meanwhile i'll make the post here :)

Ronin lightsaber - SW visions - functional

As soon as SW vision hit one episode, one saber stood out from the crowd, and its also the one you've asked quite allot about. In my personal opinion this was the most badass one in the seriies, so ofc i had to make it. 

Yes, the lightsaber is functional. It uses the same electronics as i "lighthammer" and "lightnarsil". So basiclly all you need to do is once again take out electronics and place it into this one.

Invincible - Mark

As some of you know i have been meaning to jump into making 1/12 figurines/sculptures for a while. One thing preventing me was i wasnt hapy with my skills and was still practicing. Dain Ironfoot hammer + helmet stand

Aaaand im calling this one done :)   

So as it was suggested i have made the helmet stand for our Dain Ironfoot helmet. A while ago Vince Wilson suggested to turn his hammer into a stand, and i loved the idea.  

So what i did was first created his hammer - it has an oopening for 10mm rod for strength and stability, ofc multiple printing options, like hallow sides, one that needs less suprots, a full combined one for small scale resin print,  but you will see ...
