As promised in the last post, here is the raw sprite work from the Cursed Game of Cursed Items.
At first, I was debating between giving them raw versus giving you the sprites put together or with colors chosen in the game. However, I decided that looking at the parts in a raw form like this kind of goes to show how mix-and-match they were intended to be.
I'm quite personally content with what got done in a month... even if it was pretty overkill.

Well, it sure has been a journey this month... from a scribble for UI to the current game as is. Posting updates on Discord and getting feedback has helped too.
Just looking at the v0.01 release to the current version is a huge amount of difference.

Initially, I thought Camel Ale was going to stop me from working on any other art, and that this month would have been pretty lackluster on sketches, but actually, I managed to squeeze something through.
Most of them are in the form of refinements and updates on art from the previous month. Pretty rough stuff, but some of it might be worth continuing in the future...

At first, I was going to say that the comic I was working on resulted in too little of particular interest to share, but actually that's not entirely true. The aggressive streaming schedule did give me a lot of time to focus on some colorful "side" projects too for warm-ups and cool-downs.
I don't often like posting messy sketches like this stuff on FA, but I think these have a quality worth sharing. Expect to see these on FA sometime after Camel Ale gets posted.
