I’ve always wanted to make a video about Club Penguin, so I had a lotta fun with this one.

Deleted Clips from the Pixar metaverse theory

So there's a little over 5 minutes of content I scrapped from the Pixar theory. Either because it dragged down the pacing, or because I ended up discovering new evidence and wanting to go in a different direction. Still some interest discoveries here, go ahead and check it out.

Sound and visuals are very unpolished since I scrapped this early on.

What kind of theory topics are you guys interested in?

I get theory requests ALL the time, but I figured I might as well leave a place for my top supporters to tell me what they're interested in.

Believe me I'm looking at 100 different topics but rarely will I actually find one that has a good theory for me to talk about. It honestly actually takes more time and work to find a good theory topic and idea than it does actually writing the theory. Soo I know I promised the next theory would be the big final SpongeBob compilation with new mini theories, but that's looking like it's gonna be WAY bigger than I had initially thought. The bonus content alone is larger than several SB theories combined, and I haven't even started recording because I've been sick.

Jellyfish Invasion theory preview

So as I announced in my WHAT'S NEXT? video, I'm gonna be making a final SB compilation video with new mini theories - including the Jellyfish theory I teased in DFTM2.

To be honest I didn't really choose that topic with an actual theory in mind, it just fit well in the DFTM2 film to foreshadow the plot. So while I don't have a very in depth theory, I still managed to find some interesting stuff about the Jellien invasion that warrants a mini theory.

DFTM3 Screenplay

If anyone's interested, here's the script for DONT FEED THE MUSE 3. Some things got changed in the production, most notably the TV playing in the old man's room was changed from LATE NIGHT SNACK to TIME TRAVEL TROUBLE.

I decided to make this post public for everyone not just patrons in case anyone wants to use it for analysis purposes. Feel free to share it!

DFTM3 White Void early storyboard

Here's a previs of the DFTM3 white void scene I made before shooting. It was a particularly tricky scene to shoot when we had me pretending to be 2 people and no discernable geography to keep track of where things were. It took us 3 whole days to shoot it.

The stock photos and half-assed performance make it really awkward and funny.

DFTM3 release and length

DFTM3 editing is going well.

It’s looking like a September-October release, and the run time is a bit over 30 minutes without credits. (for comparison DFTM2 was 23:30 without credits)

I’ll also be including a special announcement at the end of the film about my next big project

DON'T FEED THE MUSE III filming updates

I'm about halfway done filming the final episode of DFTM. We'll be wrapped in about 2-3 weeks. So far it's been going really well, there's a huge jump in quality and production value from the last episode to this one. This is the first film I have a dedicated production designer on, so the sets and props are way more impressive. 

Can't say when the film will be done yet, but it could be as late as August with how much work I have left. I won't be showing too much in these early tea...

IT's getting closer

I've been working on this video for over a year, not because it's a particularly high production value or difficult video to make, just because it's been very creatively challenging and hard to stay motivated on it. I've started over many times but I'm very happy to finally actually be almost done.

DFTM2 Script!

If anyone's interested, here's the 20 page script I wrote for DON'T FEED THE MUSE II.

There's some small changes from script to screen in the final product, but it's mostly the same.

(i usually don't want people sharing stuff off of patreon, but since this isn't really spoiling anything new it doesn't really matter. do whatever you want with it.)

Here's the intro to my Magic School bus theory. I'm trying to up the production value a bit on these theories since I don't have to make films for them anymore.

Going for a bit of a true crime documentary style presentation. This intro is still being worked on and adding SFX

So the alien jellyfish theory was something I made up for DFTM2’s intro, but I didn’t show off the full intro that I put together.

Even if it is BS it’s a pretty interesting idea. There’s lots of other times when people have worn jellyfish as hats. Feel free to make this theory yourself!

DFTM2 ending previs (spoilers)

Gonna start sharing some BTS stuff for DFTM2

Here’s a previs mock up I made for the final scene of DFTM2. I usually don’t make them for films but this was an especially VFX heavy sequence. Honestly I didn’t think it was gonna be possible with the resources and budget I had but we figured out a way to make it work!

You can see originally the mouth opening was much bigger but I discovered just a face opening up is much easier to make look good.

I'm still waiting on the final color grading before I post the trailer publicly, but until then here's an early cut of the teaser!

The full film is around 21+ minutes of just film segments, and it's coming probably mid October.
