I was surprised about how good these files of Dovile were to work on, until I realized they were shot on the Fujifilm GFX 50S II + "Martin" (the Zeiss T* 1,4/85mm Planar ZF named after the Patron that sponsored part of the purchase).
It is incredible how malleable these files are, and how much details the medium format provides.

This shot of Barbora with the Fujifilm GFX 50S II + "Martin" (the Zeiss T* 1,4/85mm Planar ZF named after the Patron that sponsored part of the purchase), was the first I took of her, and I had the time to set up a specific corner of the apartment whilst she was undressing.
I know the white balance is way too far on the warm side, but this is reproducing well the feeling I had at the time, for having pointed a traditional tungsten lamp on her from the right side of the frame.

During our first encounter in a claustrophobic hotel room in Bergamo, I was overwhelmed by the sensuality of Maria, and got distracted by her enthusiasm and willingness.
Spoiled by choice, I was acting more like a kid in a candy store, than like a professional photographer knowing what he was doing.

September 2023, one of the shootings of Martina I'm still working on, in a Milan apartment we used twice, but had plenty of interesting tips for shooting.
This was the furniture in the bedroom, giving an original background to the picture, with a lamp and the door in the foreground.
It always work well to have elements both in front and on the back of your main subject, adding depth to the scene.

High contrasts make photos very interesting, but you still have to be careful not to blow out the highlights.
The darker skin of Sugar is less prone to do that, but a white lady could be more susceptible to getting out of control.
Contrasts in light may help isolating the subject of the photo even more than the out of focus background, but in this case we get both effects at the same time.
What photographer could hope for such a huge studio?

Shooting with a rangefinder Leica is not easy, you have to get used to it, and the nearest you're focusing, the easier it is to cut out fundamental limbs from the model.
But what you get in exchange is a unique experience, great performances of the viewfinder in bright sunshine, and the quality of this Summicron-M 50mm at its best!

Cutting one of the boobs of Mary out of the frame should be considered a cardinal sin, but no lightning has struck me while I was shooting, nor while editing or posting the photo on Patreon for my Community only...
I guess if the photo is showing such a beautiful smile that also the angels in charge of punishments must have been distracted, and I got away with it.

Partly because of her young age, and partly because of her lack of experience, Anna was not able to move her body with the efficacy of, let's say, a model like Martina, but it is this very same inexperience that makes her so cute.
She was attentive and eager to please, learning the dynamics involved in a profession she abandoned too soon.

Monday I finished extracting the photos of Elfa from our shooting in the Ex Manicomio di Monbello, with the new workflow that is the last phase, because the retouching is happening inside Lightroom.

Ania in Consonno has been a magical experience I will never forget, even if I have a terrible memory, but I will be helped by 354 photos + backstage videos.
I am sorry I'm not shooting the backstage videos any more, but they were creating more problems with the models than the photos themselves, and I was wasting too much valuable time in the process.

The house where I worked with Anastasia was messy, in every room, it must reflects the mind of the owner.
I say so because my house is the same, but I'm not shooting in it!
This mess is like the noise that is upsetting the main signal, in this case Anastasia's figure.

I know most of us are mesmerized by Martina's stare, in every single photo where she is looking in camera (or should I say at US?)

My daily job in an assembly line is giving me a strange perception of time: while days are passing very slowly, especially as the week goes on; weeks and months are flying past without me even noticing.

This is the number of photos present in Paulinepastel's album on my Archives (selected, processed and retouched), if you take out the BW versions, it is still a huge number of 343 color photos, but I was unable to discard more images from this set, because of how beautiful they are.
Here is one shot on the Nikon D810, and it demonstrate that DSLR are not dead, and they still have plenty to say for nude photography!

Glasses and a view on Metropolis.

Anna has been a fast moving object on our radar, and then disappeared from the nude scene, thank god we manage to get a glimpse of her beauty before it was too late!

Some models can transcend the rules of lightning, receive it from the wrong directions, and still look awesome.
Sophy is definitely one of these models, and this photo is a clear example of the concept.
In many occasion I don't have the luxury to dispose of the ideal lightning in a hotel room, not even when I bring additional sources with me from home, because most of the time I have to work fast and place them in odd positions, or not high enough, or reflecting from walls...
