BlimpTober 2022- Day 4

So I don't really know what to type for context for my pinup prompts, but I will say that Turning Red is a film that gets better the more I see it. I love that the film takes place in the 2000's, and I love the aesthetic too! 

As for the drawing, I thought having Ming Li inflate as her transformation instead of becoming a Red Panda seemed the best approach. 

BlimpTober 2022- Day 3

"She was not in Brigit anymore. Petra was lost in a giant field. She had wondered why everything from the flora to the dirt tasted of candy. She was so confused, but whilst looking around, she had settled on a patch, watching the waterfall roll down. The river tasted of rich dark chocolate.

I came up with a sort of mascot for the BlimpTober series. I am calling her Judith. 

She was designed because I have had a very exhausting time with my job the past 3 days and just wanted to make a character before going to bed XD

I did all 8 of these in 2 days, which is a new record. 

September, October, and November will not have patron requests. I am taking time away from them so that I can do the Inktober art.

On stream, one of the members of the chat donated $13 to contribute to the Patron goal. This was in response to meeting the first patron goal, but his generosity has brought forth a 32nd drawing for BlimpTober 2022

BlimpTober 2022 Lineup- Days 1-31

All 31 prompts have been generated, and so far, 11 drawings have been finished, 4 more were started, and I have 15 drawings to go.

This year all 31 prompts will be made public for Patrons up front, and each prompt will be posted day by day for DeviantArt. I will also have new goals for BlimpTober 2022. The main goal will be $200, and if I meet the goal, I will do more prompts. After I finish all 31 drawings, I will have 19 additional sheets of paper for this event!

Kinktober Preview- Traditional style

This is a short look at the notebook carrying all the Inktober drawings this year. Last year, I fell over a week behind because I couldnt make the time to draw a fully rendered piece on my work days. Quick Update- Laptop Ready for Pickup

So I bring good news! The Asus laptop is ready to be picked up, and it's being picked up on Sunday. This means I will have my portable studio back sooner than later, and I will be able to get more done this month than I initially expected.

Quick update: Old Laptop Breathing New Life Soon

How's it going everyone? Im currently at work, but with my studio laptop out for repair, all my packages waited until I was out of the house to deliver all my things for the Dell laptop.

For anyone who missed the last update, I got a 480GB sata SSD, 8GB of DDR3L ram, and I also got thermal paste for the CPU. In theory, this wont make the laptop a gaming grade PC, but it will be able to do all the basics I need, like using YouTube and Discord at the same time.

Broken Laptop Update

How's it going everyone? Today, I was finally able to get my laptop in the hands of Best Buy's Geek Squad for repairs. After being handed between Best Buy and Asus's website, I have nearly given up on getting it fixed and braced for getting a new laptop altogether. Thankfully, it's getting a new screen, and I should have it back in around 2 weeks.

Update 6-21-22: New Computer

A Midnight Incident

This was a drawing that inspired a story, that in turn has also inspired a comic. It is truly a clusterfuck of idea sharing! 

The story is about a friend named Mage, who sneaks into my lab into the dead of night to try out one of my inventions. She catches her eye on the Dreamscape, a device capable to taking someone to another world. Mage takes herself to one of her favorite shows, and gets caught up with one of the characters. That's all I will share here for now.

Tinker Bell Animation WIP- First scene

I have not started the actual animation phase yet, but I did put together the first establishing shot. I'm going to adjust the timing and spacing of this scene today, as well as get the second shot started.

I'll be posting more about this project in the coming weeks. I'm also posting an update on the animation.
