with this comic i am trying a work flow similar to my folios....one panel at a time. since i can easily make an illustrative series and i can easily see the individual panels in my head.

i often have a hard time visualizing page layout and when i try to get a sketch down, i rush so much that even i cannot understand what i just drew.  this will eventually break me out of that bad habit

well after the female version took nearly 100 MCMs (i think about 70) the male one took 7.  probably because he has a bigger chin

so i will focus the rest of the week on folios and get as many of them done as possible then NEXT week i will spend a whole week on the DAZ bear pack.  with Angry Viking press we have a plan that contains about 6-8 full characters types and age range from adult to child.  with textures to boot

with the holidays and family going on, i have not posted that much.  sorry will try to get back to normal work flow soon.  i have tried some of the new tools in zbrush to make a toonish character.  based off some coco from crash bandicoot fan art i saw online. i don't as of yet plan to do anything more then push my 3d skills beyond what they are

after downloading a bunch of models from better Riggers then i am, i dissected what they did and tried out some of their bone structures until i got what i wanted.  this is just the base rig.  no weight corrections, textures eyes, teeth or corrective shape keys.  let me know how she handles as is and i will make corrections then move on to the next steps

quick sketch.  after all that experimentation i wanted to try a fast sketch using my old models 

i downloaded some models by other more experienced riggers, in an effort to understand how they set up their models. it gave me some ideas but i need to get some folios done first
