Art Attack: Ponygirl Power! (NSFW)

More and more art for Caliross, courtesy of Stan. Looking back on the game, I must say I managed to keep things varied, overall. There is some overlap in themes and situations, but the fantasy setting probably helped me a great deal to have some extra uniqueness thrown in the mix here and there.

Anyway, look forward to these in the game, and to the HD version if you are in one of the top tiers. ;)

Weekly dev blog: Another Week Gone!

If you saw the hotfix, you probably know most of what I worked on (some "reactive" dialogues in a few scenarios, and some more pregnancy-related content). Other than that , I also wrote a new scene with Jiro, as mentioned last week.

Next I'll try to do more on "the small dialogues" side of things, while I assess what's unfinished in the academy and try to take care of as many paths/events there as well. I'll have to figure out what's a good point for Charles, Eloise and Marjorie, then m...

Weekly dev blog: Small Tweaks Week

Hi everyone!

As mentioned in the release post, I didn't work on Caliross for a couple of days, but now we are back at it. This week, I think I'll take care of a bunch of smaller things. I want one more scene with Jiro (so we can wrap up the werewolf path), I added the "alpha-in-training" variant for the ending already, so the new scene should be everything I need for the path.

Weekly dev blog: Release On Tuesday or Wednesday

As it says on the tin: slight delay to catch up with some last minute content additions and testers' reports. I am still trying to include the alternative path to end up with Ginnuk and in the orc village, but some of the werewolf stuff kept me busy a bit longer than I thought. Worse case, I release tomorrow and push this little extra to next month.

Weekly Dev Blog: Get Back To Work!

Hi everyone, how are you doing? My week off has come and gone, but I didn't just laze around, as I actually tackled a few bugs. I would have released a hotfix sooner, but the last bug turned into a treasure hunt of sorts, and its presence kept delaying a release.

August Update: The Lusty Release

In the end, we got pretty much only scenes, setup for scenes, or some teasing for this update. I didn't manage to think of a good idea for the bonuses I wanted at the academy after you "solve" the main lessons. I'll probably come back to this idea in a couple of months, since it's easy to program, but it's hard to come up with something balanced for the long-term.

Weekly dev blog: Planning My Plans

So, we got a release a bit late this month (if you have been reading my posts, you should know why, more or less). Now, I still would like to take a week off during summer, as I have been doing for a few years now. To accomodate for that, I'll try to reduce the number of days I work on TOTDC 2, and if needs be I'll try to work some extra hours in my spare time (since I am trying to prepare a version of that game for some early testing, I have to wrap it up soon).
