Someone requested these so I made them. Took way longer to do given the OBJ export issues out of Blender.
Made a few basic designs and included the UV layout as usual.

Seems the newly updated Blender messes up the UI so now I can't turn on symmetry. It's annoying but can work around it.
The big problem is the export options for OBJ. Just noticed that the vertex groups needed by DAZ to get custom bones to work are not being exported at all.
That is causing serious problems for commission work. Hoping to roll back to a previous version, if possible.

Noticing I don't have much made for G8F. I have a couple tiny things for G8M but...
Getting harder and harder to find items to make where I'm not just rehashing old items, though I really have considered updating tank swimsuits.
Need to avoid really complex items like skirts, or tails and the like.

You can have it in any colour, as long as it's black. But the UV Layout is included for customizations.

Made these today. I managed to learn a couple interesting tricks to get some increased detail in the textures.
This was designed around Genesis 8 Male and Female and should accommodate a lot of shapes.

Here is a complete referee outfit for both male and female figures. Had to tweak the female outfit to prevent bleed through.
Has tie, shirt, gloves, trousers, socks and shoes.
Provided the UV layout for customizations.

One big one is suddenly the socks poke through the shoes. Not doing it in Blender, but it is in Painter, so not sure what's going on there.
Also the button on the pants shifted. Had planned to do a belt but decided against it. I hope that when the textures are exported, the buttons on the shirt come out better.
When I shrank down the button size to fit on the shirt, I lost most of the detail and I spent a good two hours setting up my own button tool.

Need to finish the shirt mesh, then sculpt.
Starting to wonder if I should "invest" in Zbrush and start with the high poly mesh, then retopo to low polygon assets...

Moved them from the V4 shape to Genesis 8 Female using Blender.
Textures are from a long bygone era. Using the base colour channel, the bump channel (set to about 10) and the metallicity somewhere up in the 70%+ range.
Very wary about distributing someone else's work. If it was no longer purchasable, I'd have posted just the objects themselves... I've noticed nothing new since V4.

Anyone know if the Billy-T Boxing Set for Victoria 4 is for sale? I noticed it wasn't on Renderosity anymore. Guess it is.
The reason I ask is someone asked if I could transfer the shorts to Genesis 8 Female, and I have. I'm about to test it with textures here in a bit.
What I'm thinking of doing is posting the trunks ONLY. They are clearly designed to use the texture maps. Maybe putting just the mesh up will help those who already have the set.

What began as a request, to change textures on an older Genesis 2 Female pair, turned into something quite different.
This also a DIM installable file that will allow for uninstall (haven't tested that part), which also ensures that it doesn't come up in the DIM window when you fire that program up again.
Because of the file size limit of 200MB, I split the file into two.
As always, it comes with the surface ID and UV layouts for customizations.

... Genesis 8 Female body morph, a conforming clothing object, and have bones in the object for posing instead of just using dForce.
I'm so glad I wrote down the steps for making bones in clothing because I already forgot most of it.
I've seen clothing objects made that change the base mesh geometry at some point.
I wish I could add more loops in places I need to get better shapes but can't have it all (if I add a loop the morph geometry no longer matches the base geometry)....

Made half a dozen head morphs for Genesis 8 Female. Making the morphs? No problem. Importing? No problem. Getting them setup in the Parameters tab? No problem.
But once I tried to save the morphs using File->Figure/Prop Assets->Morph Assets, I can't find them in the Library nor on the HDD where they should be.
Right before going to bed, I figured it out.
They're in the data->DAZ 3D->Genesis 8->Female->Morphs.

Tried to upgrade to DAZ 4.20.
VERY painful experience. I'm not sure I could recommend it. I had to do some registry editor crap on Windows to get it to even install.
For some reason, it wouldn't overwrite 4.15 binaries even though DIM said 4.20 was installed. Verified the paths and everything. Just wouldn't overwrite. Tried making new folder for it. Nope. Didn't work either.
Painful.
DAZ Central was even worse.

Something a little different, and potentially useful for others.
I made this file to help me do some skin textures for the LIE system in DAZ. I went through and "collapsed" all the materials down to the four you see by removing the eyes, teeth and mouth. I then exported it out of Blender and into Painter.
I just noticed that the 2020 version finally allowed painting across tilesets so it's time to try it.

On the top is a render from Iray in Painter. On the bottom is the Iray render from DAZ (both render and Iray Preview).
Going back to how I got here, I was asked to make some new textures for one of my older Genesis 2 Female items. For the life of me, I couldn't find the Painter file for it.
I reconstructed the SPP from existing normal maps and such but though ... "this UV map really sucks." It had gaps and so on.

Hoping to finish off a few things:
1) That G8F outfit I previewed a few days ago. Would like another design, but it's proving to be stubborn.
2) Boxing referee outfit. Still some mesh work to be done, not to mention detailing and texturing. It's being done on G8M but I might consider fitting it onto G8F if there is interest.
3) Poseable speedbag. Haven't even started that, but that shouldn't take more than a day. Cue "famous last words." N...

Doesn't look like it.
I altered a previous pair to make these to make more footwear for both men and women. Based on the striped boxing boots, I went through and removed the stripes. Reworked the UV and added eyeholes.
Has a bunch of surfaces for customizations: base, sole, trims, laces and so on.
Providing the surface ID for masking and the UV layout for customizations.
