I internally went back and forth on whether the weight gain here would be through sucking blood or not but decided since we already kinda see that in the game that we could show Lilith just eating some honest-to-god TREATS instead of hapless heroes cuz of course vampires can eat normal food so say I

they only drink blood because they're ASSHOLES

After some tweaks I've got development build 2 ready to go! THE MONEY BUILD!! Gamble and make 2 dollars why dontcha!!

EDIT 1: People's feedback has been extremely useful already! If you're playing the tower defense game and finding it to be way too hard / poorly balanced, don't worry pretty much everyone who's played the game so far has also found that to be case lol.
I'm keeping a close eye on the feedback form so please be sure to use that as it's the best way for me to keep track of issues, it's fully anonymous as well!

Bellagarth's Quest Devlog #6: The Mind Casino!

Hello again my charitable chums! Coming at you with another Bellagarth's Quest devlog!

In this devlog I showcase Vera's Mind Casino! A diversion only the most DEMENTED of minds could concoct! Each of the cabinet games made were a unique hurdle, fun but challenging for a simpleton such as myself!
It's funny how Vera specifically seems to put me in a position where I need to learn how to program a very specific type of game that I've never attempted before.

I do want to get a playable development build out fairly soon, though there is quite a bit of ironing-out left to do so you'll all have to be patient with me on that one!

Bellagarth's Quest Devlog #5: Blueberries and Burnberries

Hello friendos! I am back once more with more Bellagarth's Quest!

In this devlog I showcase Chapter 2 of Book 1 of Bellagarth's Quest! Some new enemies, a damage type system, and a new cutscene as well! Pretty excited about the current pace of the game and would very much like to keep it up!

I've already mentioned this before for Kurger Combo fellas, but the little sprites for the credits are retired going forward after this video :(
They may come back someday but I can't make any promises on that just yet.

HUGE IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR KURGER COMBO!

TL;DR I will be phasing out doing sprites for the credits in May 2025 (next month), this current devlog WILL feature sprites for everyone thus far though.

Hey all! Working on cobbling together the next set of credits sprites for this upcoming devlog and I'm coming to realize that the more generous souls give to this tier, the more of a to-do doing the credits becomes (new folks cycle in-and-out of the Combo tier quite frequently).

It's starting to cut quite heavily into valuable art/game development time, and I would assume most people want the majority of my time to go into making more stuff, so I will be returning to the original crediting method of just showing names next month in May, and it will stay that way for the foreseeable future.

I don't want to promise it just yet, but I do think it's very likely that I will bring the credits sprites back when we're looking at Bellagarth's Quest having some sort of public release, but it's hard to say for certain how things will look by that time so please don't expect that for certain.

Bellagarth's Quest Devlog #4: Development Build 1

Hello once again my fine friends, back once more with another devlog, AND a playable development build!

In this devlog I showcase devbuild 1, which features the first level in it's entirety, a shop, 3 enemy types, and a plethora of environmental art! It also introduces the "poise" system, which has been added in an effort to balance the blocking/counter moves.
