The Monster Squad (1987)

Well, This is it for Octooky 2019. What a perfect film for the HorrorBoyz to go out on. The late 80's time capsule THE MONSTER SQUAD. It's got the bizarre and troubling homophobia of the time as well normalized sexual assault and a blatant disregard for consent. Fortunately it's pretty fun otherwise! Stan Winston monsters, practical effects, kids saying grown up funny lines and some real dad fantasy stuff. In conclusion, Wolfman's got nards and who are we??? We're the ActionBoyz.
