How do you get to your Frame

These are 4 pictures, the first shot from each set, these were the starting points and from here I went to making the frame I thought was it . Then move on to next set. All this happens really quick in seconds without much talk just small adjustments of my position and taking her movements into the frame till it all falls in place .
