As you probably noticed, between releases of versions that move the story forward (e.g. 1.90, 2.00 and 2.10) we release intermediate versions such as 1.92, 2.02, etc. In each such version we fix bugs and work on the code (but these things are usually invisible to the player).
What players really see are new things added to the game. Previously, in the intermediate versions we would add scenes to the alley of memories and new girls to the wardrobe.

The February has finally come and the closer we get to spring, the better the mood of our pupils. 🙂
