For just a moment, Judas is caught up in feeling of being young, and the idea of riding a fixed up motorcycle with Fletch. Only then to realize Bebe isn't referring to going for a ride with her dad-- she means going with Dirt LOL. (Or worse, she wasn't referring to riding the bike at all...)

Happy Pride Month! (2023)

I was invited to create some Pride content for Webtoon Canvas this month!!! <3 They gave me a list of prompts to choose from and the theme I decided on was "making each other T-shirts". Of course, with Fletch and Judas nothing ever goes quite according to plan. Rowdy had the idea to have Gazpacho step in paint and freak out, and I had the idea to have Judas be the cause of it. (He's still new to cats, okay? Cut him some slack!)

"Faroff" - Fanart

Very rare I do fanart!!!! But I recently started reading this comic called "Faroff" on webtoon. It's pretty good! Totally different style from my own, and a style I don't always gravitate towards-- but that's sort of why I wanted to make fanart ahah. :) 

Anyway, if you wanna check it out it's a cute, easy read. And a unique story despite it being simple in concept!

On Special Occasions (NSFW)

Something spicy for the morning. ~ <3 I like to imagine that one of Judas' biggest kinks is shower sex (the more romantic the better) and it's also one of the only ones Fletch absolutely HATES (Too slippery with one leg. Too vulnerable).

So on rare occasions they compromise by Judas railing Fletch against the bathroom sink before they soak in the tub together lol. YAy everyone is happy~!

Ambitious Summer

This is an idea I had a while ago (probably last year tbh!) when thinking about what it must be like to be busking out on the streets of New Orleans in the summer. Happy Pride month, y'all! It's June already, which is crazy. And I wanted to do a real blog post despite being sick over here. I'll keep it brief though--

Doodles of the day consist of characters I think need a little more love lately. <3 I know Beau and Sage have had a lot of screen time, but Beau has been particularly in the spotlight with Dirt. So I wanted to draw Sage and him together <3 Susan and Deja haven't been around in a hot minute! But I'm sure they will get more later on. I have at least one good mini-comic with Susan that I've been wanting to draw for a while, I just haven't had a good time for it...

Chapter 4 - 4

I took some time this morning to go back and re-read the whole day at the Rodeo/bar scene from the day before in the comic, and the pacing of Fletch and Judas meeting Beau and Sage felt really good to me. The Nail Polish Years

Tonight at work has been hellish and after trying to sketch panels for 9 hours and not being able to get into a groove, I finally said fuck it and spent the last hour of my shift doodling Vance. Because it's been a while since I've drawn him and he deserves more love. <3 

He's such a shit, and I'm excited for him to have more screentime in the back half of TLLT.

Now that you all have the kiss update, I wanted to give you all the panels/sketches that got cut out from the scene. Lol. You can probably guess where some of these were going, or where the changes were made, but all in all I think they're still nice to look at. Without going into any major depth... I'd just like to say that there is something very nerve-racking about publishing a "first kiss" scene in a romance comic. It really does feel like we (the creators) have to knock it out of the park.
