It’s in the dirt. Or to be a little more specific, a strain of bacterium in soil, Mycobacterium vaccae, has been found to trigger the release of seratonin, which in turn elevates mood and decreases anxiety. And on top of that, this little bacterium has been found to improve cognitive function and possibly even treat cancer and other diseases. Which means that contact with soil, through gardening or other means, is beneficial.

I hope that each of your are starting your day off with a 16oz glass of H20. So many people are addicted to soda and are experiencing dehydration, but they do not know it.
Soda never quench your thirst, certainly not your body's need for water. I love stepping outside naked and allowing my body to absorb the rich sun. So many people are scared to death of the sun. It is important to remember that the sun is our friend. The sun is our main source of vitamin D. For good bone and skin health we need about 20 minutes per day of direct skin exposure to the sun. Leave your sun screen at home and opt for a sun hat if you are worried about burning.
