April Content Update

This month I wanted to make a longform video talking about working with Sex Workers. Going over their needs, making them feel safe, and also balancing that struggle between wanting to shoot from an empowering lens while still getting that promotional shot they need!

I went straight from Tofino to my trip into Italy so I still haven't been able to find the proper tie to process all the magic that happened on our retreat - or to go through the piles of BTS footage we captured! first self portraits post-surgery [my ultimate test of body neutrality]

I finally stepped in front of the camera this weekend at our Bare Soul Retreat in Tofino. 

The whole surgical process has not been easy, emotionally or physically. It's really putting me face to face with body dysmorphia, internal body insecurities and lingering body image issues, and really reinforcing the idea that the inner work never fucking ends. 

It's also a giant reminder of why this self portrait practice is so crucial. It accelerates all healing...

I forgot to say, the reason finding your monthly/quarterly/yearly target in tandem with your Cost of Doing Business is because it helps you formulate how much you need to charge per client, and how many clients you need to have per month! 

My formula looks like: 8/clients per month X ? Amount of $ per Session= $29,000/month

Using this formula I determined I need to have an average sale of $3,645 per client to make my goal....
