So you wonderful people have very kindly elected to support my efforts, and I couldn't be more grateful; it allows me the necessary monies to buy a lot of books (7 for just this current series as an example) and also to ensure that Jenkins' shed roof gets fixed.

As Fast As Bucc

Well the good news is that I've recorded and half edited a new video, working title, As Fast As Bucc, about the early years of Blackburn Aircraft and then the Buccaneer's career as a Cold War bomber. Schedule of Works

My much loved Patreons, as the people who actually keep the show on the road and allow me to get on with things, I thought it only fair to share early news of what's going on - and pleasingly I have four projects in the works for the next few months.

Up first is going to be a series on Russian history and culture [working title 'Russia WTF are you on?'] which is mostlt because I find the whole thing fascinating but reaslied I didn't known enough so I've been spending the last few week...

Where Has The Wonder Gone?

Well here we are then – you, me, this fine bottle of whiskey and an empty space. We could talk, as men do, of battles fought and lost, of the furious, the fallen and fallacious, but we are not morbid yet. We could consider the agricultural economics of the Middle Ages but we are not yet that drunk, old or desperate.  Yet.

Instead let us consider what we might want to achieve together, and perhaps pursue a noble goal. In all educational establishments everywhere, it is a sad truth...
