I’ve like 98% finished editing and rewriting the next bit of the fairy novella, but I don’t have it in me to keep going right now lol. 4.2k words, so look forward to that. Hoping to get this all wrapped up with in a little over a week, but I’m juggling other things too so we’ll see.

Coye Character Design

This is the protagonist of the short story series I've been putting work into. Before anyone points it out, he is INTENTIONALLY supposed to look like Link from the Legend of Zelda. He's a take on that sort of adventurer, where I interpret Link's silence as him being very quiet and shy.

No bio for him unlike usual, since his backstory is mostly irrelevant though I'll probably write one before doing a second short story starring him.

Putting Some Work in Main Story

I'm gonna be getting back to work pretty soon, but I need to get back in the mindset. So I'm going to edit the last 3-4 chapters so I can remember everything that's going on, make for a smoother transition and all that.

I'm still working on all the other stuff I'm doing, the short story, art, minor stuff for Monster Girl Farmer, but I want to start working the main story into the rotation again.

Fairy Short Story Part 1

This is just the prologue section, but it's been drastically rewritten. I needed to cut it into smaller parts so I could focus on refining it better. I've made progress in the sex scene, too, and finishing it before editing more is my next goal.

Completed As Expected

Just doubling back on what I said to you guys earlier today and confirming I did indeed finish the big game work I was working on. I took a break for the rest of the day after getting paid. All in all it was roughly 10k words earning me again roughly $300, so I'm very satisfied with my work.

My own stuff will take precedence once again starting tomorrow.

Small Update

I'm a bit slowed down because of the work I'm doing on my friend's game. It'll lead to a pretty big payday for me, but it's eating more of my time than I planned. The next time I contribute, it won't be this detailed. I was expecting it to be like a 2000 word scene but I underestimated the work and it's closer to 6000 words now?

Plans at the Minute

So, about the fairy short story WIPs I've been showing off to Patrons. It started because I wanted to loosen back up. I had a rough week of low motivation before that, and so I started this little thing with the intent to just improvise and make shit up as I went along. Hey everyone, touching base again. This week is still going weird for me but I'm starting to snap out of it. The last couple of days I've woken up real late and it made writing hard, but today was my best day for writing in a good while!

Random Character Profile

Yo I need to be honest, writing has been weird for me this last week. Idk what's up my mind has just had trouble sitting down and working. Feels like I'm stressed about how everything sounds and how it reads, and I'm too worried.

I did this exercise to try and loosen myself back up again, basically what I did was close my eyes and visualized a random character. I typed down everything I saw with my eyes closed, then would write down every little detail I could think of about her.

Here she is! Rather than recreating her outfit as best as I could, I just made her something cute that looks like something she would wear. There also were no glasses that could have stood in for hers, sadly. Just something we’ll have to add in the future.

Chilling Out Today

I’ve been on a small break the last few days, minimal writing(been working on all my ideas for Luxy’s religion so I can make a bigger document for that) some work on Karnalle’s map, and making Sam and now Zuzu in Koikatsu Sunshine. I’ll show off Zuzu later.

For today I had something planned with my little sister to take care of, but I’ll try and get some serious work done tomorrow on my notes for the religion lore.

Sam Koikatsu Model

I spent more time making this than I should have. Eventually I would like to export this model from Koikatsu and have a 3D artist make twintails that are much more accurate to my art, but I got pretty damn close.

It would be nice if I had HD models of the cast like that which I could give to cg artists and have tons of lewd cg art made lol

Current Plans

There is only one more chapter left until all the rewrites for volume one are done. Fantastic. I am glad to be done with this absolute slog. It was a rough journey, and as you all know I ran into multiple setbacks along the way. I wish that I could say that work on volume one will be finished as soon as it's done, but that wouldn't be the case.

There is still much editing to be done- but the important part is I can do that easily on the sidelines without it disrupting other things.
