I managed to solve the problem with the HD/SSD cloning software that stopped working after an update. Here is a screenshot of the company's email. But unfortunately, like last time, it has been stuck at 55% for a long time. For some reason, I thought it would be different this time, but I don't think it will work. Last time, I had to turn on my old PC and it slowly started working on its own.

I'm sorry, I was supposed to post something today, but I've been having a bit of a hard time for the past two days. I usually back up my data by cloning the entire system to another hard drive, but for some reason the software stopped working and the hard drive where I had the last backup was erased by the program.
