Some more characters for BE

Here are some girls, that will be coming at sometime in Beyond Evolution. The designs are not final here. I posted an alt for the first girl, as I am wondering on whether or not I should include the runes on her arm. Thus I want to know what you guys think about it - do you think she should have the green tattoo?

The first will be engaged in the story at the end of the first chapter, as for the other, she will not appear for quite a while.

If you are wondering why I am making so many characters - it is because, with the rate I am thinking of releasing them, all the currently made ones will take approximately 3-4 months to release after the initial game drop. Also I am having quite a lot of fun designing them, so there is that too.

Some more info about these two - the first will be of Extreme rarity and the second - Ultra. Yes, both are going to be quite rare, but I think they deserve it.

Devlog - May 2025

Hello, everyone! I know it has already been almost a week since June began, but I have just noticed, that the post didn't relase when it was scheduled, thus for the delay. I didn't have as much time this month as I did the previous one, so the stuff you see here will be drastically less.

Growing Explorations

Not much has happened here sadly. Just fixed a few things here and there. I have been mostly focusing on Beyond Evolution lately, as I am currently waiting for art assets for GE. The whole UI is having a huge redesign, to make it look more thematic, this time the art being done by a professional and not by yours truly. Also, the player elf's art is pretty much close to being done too. A new enemy type is finally coming, but I won't spoil it just yet. I know there is not much here, but I am still hoping to push out an update by the middle of July.

Beyond Evolution

As you probably know, if you have played the last DEMO, the combat system is pretty much done. I haven't made too much progress since the release of the DEMO, maybe most noteworthy being the character movement during combat and the particle system. I want the combat to have some spice of uniqueness, instead of it being a simple turn based one, so it may take a bit to get it right, but hopefully you enjoyed its state so far.

Well, that about rounds it up! I will be quite busy this month, because as I have mentioned, I have university exams coming up very soon, thus my focus will be on that. I will still try to make content here and develop the games whenever I get the chance.

Some more characters

Yeah, yeah, I know I said there will be around 30 characters, released before the end of the first big update cycle. So why do I keep making more? You see, lately I have to study a lot for my upcoming university exams, so I just leave my stable diffusion run in the background while I do so. With a single character taking around a few hours to make (in most cases) after the initial image has been generated, it is quite easy to generate a few thousand conceptual images and pick a few to finish off.

Except the first girl, who I mentioned will be the "mascot" girl, the other two will be released much later, probably after the second public character suggestions.

Another side note - Do you guys think I should add the first girl breasts or not? I have been wondering about it fow a bit, but I would like to hear your opinion too.

With all these, there is a total of 34 character concepts ready to be made, when the time comes.

Character concepts!

I have been thinking about doing this for a while, but just didn't come to.

I will start releasing teasers for each character, coming in Beyond Evolution, every few days and after this one, they will go public 3-4 days after release, thus everyone will be able to see them eventually, patron or not. These will include basic information like shown here, but most importantly a 'vague' kit overview. Those of you that have played the DEMO, probably know, that Marcille's abilities are a pretty basic set - passive round start healing and a single target healing skill.

My idea with these is to promote the characters and have non-patrons taste a little of what is currently in play. I will begin releasing the not done character's descriptions, after all the ones who are in the demos are out.

Also, I have seen, that previous posts that include these characters, have already been posted onto Patreon archive sites, so there is no point of hiding them now.

Beyond Evolution DEMO 2

Hello everyone!

After quite a lot of work, I am happy to say the first iteration of the combat system is now done! With that, I want to present you the first combat demo!

Seemingly not a lot has been added here, but as it is the base of what is to come, I wanted build a solid foundation. There is currently only one test stage for you all to try out.

A little bit about what was added:

  • Combat system

  • Skills for all initial characters

  • Offline play - you can now play locally. Note that creating an offline account will make it so you can't receive server benefits

  • Some UI improvements

Keep in mind this is only a demo and a lot of the things look quite terrible with the textures not being in place. I want to test stuff out before starting on those as they can be added just before full relase.

As with the previous, this demo will be only playable by Patrons. So if you want to check it out, you will have to pledge.

Some story related characters for BE

With story having a huge part in the game's atmosphere, here are some artworks for story side characters for Beyond Evolution. I am saying 'story side', but both of the girls will be playable someday.

The first character will be the childhood friend of the player in the story and will play the role of a tutorial girl. She will be playable on release and will be free for everyone, but won't be seen in the next demo, as her second stage is still WIP.

The second character is the current model for the player, I am using. It is nothing too special I guess, as the protagonist is supposed to be quite plain. It is still not the finalized version and I may remake him from scratch, but the design would be somewhat alike. Also, I have been wondering, if there should be multiple main character models to choose from - like a male, female, futa versions with different characteristics like hair, build, etc. I want the player to have a couple of expressions, so maintaining multiple versions might be a hassle. What do you guys think, do you want to be able to choose a player model or not?

Last but not least, the last lady is going to appear early in the story and help the player with information. She will become playable quite a bit later and will be from the Extreme rarity, thus being quite powerful and special (as you probably know if you have played the demo, this means she will have a probability of being summoned of 0.6%). As for when that may be - probably in the last banner of the first version.

Next demo for Beyond Evolution is coming soon

I have been working on Beyond Evolutions' combat system quite a lot lately and I am happy to say, that it is pretty much done and all of the starting characters' skills are implemented too. With this done, I now want to complete a few other things such as - Offline play, game loading optimizations, items and making a few test stages for the combat system.

When all these are done, I will release a second DEMO, which should look more like a game and not just a gacha simulator. (will still not have progression though) If all goes well, you can expect to see it out by the end of May.

I am grateful for all the support this new project has received and I hope you enjoy this demo too!

Chibis for inital characters

Here are a few of the in-game sprites for the characters of Beyond Evolution. These will be used in combat and yes they are in a chibi style. I just didn't know how else to do them to fit the game.

If any of you have ides on how to improve these, I am open to hear them out. Also, if anyone knows an artist who does chibis for games, do hit me up as I don't know how well these will work out in the future.

All the characters for the release of Beyond Evolution

As I am working on the game, I have been running the AI generator in the backgorund and making characters alongside. I am happy to say that the starting cast is now done! I have attached two files with all of their artworks in the initial and grown stages. Keep in mind the designs are not final and there are some details that need fixing, but the overall looks are there.

Devlog - April 2025

Hello, dear patrons! As there were a lot of holydays this month, I had a bit of time to work on projects, thus I decided to write a little devlog, in order to discuss what has been and what has not been made.

Growing Explorations

I know I promised a bug fix patch, but I can't seem to replicate some of the bugs, that have been reported, thus I haven't been able to surely fix all of them. Nonetheless, most of the issues are fixed, so I will release a patch whenever I finish them off. Another thing I want to talk about is the next update release date. As I am about to get pretty busy with my university exams and with this semester being especially tough, I probably won't be able to deliver an update until July. Thus, the next update will be the second anniversary update! I am hoping this will be possible, with my time being mostly focused on Beyond Evolution, as I want to release it sooner. Also, the artist working on artwork for GE, Azazellz, has been quite busy lately too, but I think the art needed should get finished by then. Get ready to see a glimple of the first act's final boss 😉

Beyond Evolution

I have pretty much implemented the basics of the combat system. There is just the hardest part left - coming up and adding the skills for the characters. When this is done, I will release a second demo, so things can be tested (probably by the end of May???). There is still a lot to do - basically all the UI, animations, textures, items, etc. Because of this, I can't still set a date in stone, but I am pretty confident, that a full release is possible by the end of summer (end of August). Also, I have now completed making the characters for the initial version of the game. They are 30 in total. As I said, they will be released in a couple of patches, with the starting cast consisting of around 10. I have posted a character art pack for the Growth Connoisseur tier, so if you want to see them in advance, you can go there.

That about sums up the things I wanted to say about the games. I now want to ask if you guys will be interested in seeing more devlogs in the future? Like one at the start of the month, recaping what has happened in development. Tell me what you think in the comments or just like the post if you are in favor of this.

First story boss for Beyond Evolution

Here is some WIP artwork for the first BIG boss, that will appear in the story of Beyond Evolution. These are still not fully done, as quite a bit demonic characteristics are missing, but they represent the character well.

I think I have mentioned this before, but I will again - all bosses will be futanari lore-wise. But as not everyone likes the concept, there will be a no penis variant for every boss and you will be able to switch between these freely.

Also, I want to thank you all for all the support for this new game! I hope you enjoyed the brief DEMO, I released last week and I will be releasing the next one soon, so stay tuned!

Beyond Evolution First DEMO

Here we are! The first demo for Beyond Evolution!

This is a very early preview version and not much is included. I am releasing it like this, as I want to test out the servers and fix any bugs if needed.

So, what is included here? Currently, you can check out the following systems:

  • Gacha - you can roll for characters

  • Character inventoty - after rolling you can see the currently owned characters in your inventory

  • Info about characters - each character has some info about them available, like overall stats and background story

  • Character leveling - you can level up your characters and even attempt them to grow

  • Settings - you can switch between metric and imperial systems for measurement and choose whether you want to be able to roll futanari characters

In this demo, I have included 10 of the girls I have made so far. These will be available upon the initial release of the game. I am planning to release the game with a total of 30 ready to use characters, thus I want to keep most a secret for now. (You can see their sprites if you are of a higher tier in Patreon!) When the game is released, I will begin releasing the rest little by little, after the initial bunch. Character suggestion winners will come a bit later into the release as well, but won't be a part of the starting group!

All progress made in this DEMO will not be kept for the initial release! I want to just test the systems here and not let anyone get ahead with progress. This DEMO will last a few weeks and then will be closed off until a next one!

A little 'progress' update

Hello everoyone!

I know it has been basically a month since I last posted and that is because, I had basically no free time to work on the games. Happily, I can finally have some time soon to continue doing so. I will try to make a bug fix patch for Growing Explorations by the end of this week, so some of the bugs that have been reported will be fixed.

Now, regarding Beyond Evolution, I have made some more progress on it, with pretty much finishing basic things like character previewing, summoning characters and more simple things like that, so the hardest thing left is the gameplay itself. The game is still pretty rough, but is starting to shape up.

That being said, I have been wanting to stress test the servers for BE, to see if data is stored properly and if there are any bugs lying in the shadows.

Thus, I would like to ask you all, if you would like to see a gacha server test demo? It will include things like summoning characters and some of their background and characteristics. Nothing too fancy yet. This would help very much if there are problems with servers, so I can fix them early on.

Beyond Evolution character submissions have finished!

Time's up!

The character submission phase of the community suggested characters for Beyond Evolution has ended! I want to thank all of those who participated in this endevour and I hope you enjoyed creating these characters, as much as I did reading and talking with some of you about them.

Now, that the submission phase is over, it is time for voting on who will come into the game! There were around 20 or so forms submitted in total, but from them, I chose only 5 to go into the final stage. I worked with the suggestors and made complete concepts for each, to show off the characters and what they are about to you all.

Before showing them and telling you more information on each, I want to talk about the voting phase in general.

For the next THREE days, there will be a poll open, only for Growth Connoisseur tier patrons! They will vote on who they want to see in-game and the THREE characters with the most votes will be the ones to be added! So, if you want to vote, you will have to pledge to the Growth Connoisseur tier. I will post the results when the vote is done, so you will know who won and who didn't.

I will contact the winning three's submitters and work with them on the 'grown' stages for the characters after all is done.

Now with all that said, let's see who will be competing for the three community character spots for the initial releade of Beyond Evolution! You will see an image with the base info of the character and more detailed info on what was discussed for a second stage and abilities, either submitted by the suggestor or created by me, below their character sheet.

Starting in order of submission:

 First off is Nady, the Vixen by NadezdaFex! Her design was based on material they provided, which was very helpful when making her artwork. You can see all her stats above, so I will begin with talking more about her ability in game.

As the submitter didn't specify much, I took some liberty to make her powers. She will be able to intake damage and either absorb it to make herself stronger or store it for a bigger attack later on. Her class is Protector, so she will get some support capablity too.

For her second phase, there hasn't been too much discussed, but I can assure you she will be BIG everywhere - huge muscles, big breasts, massive penis. We will have to see where this one grows I guess. (sorry for the pun)

 Second up is Vex the Wretched, by HexaGhost. She is 'based' on the character Hex Maniac's (from Pokemon) design as wanted by the submitter. As the original is from popular media, I had to make some changes to the design and so this is what we got.

Her abilities will revolve around curses she can put on enemies. She will be able to bind, weaken and interrupt enemies with her curse magical skills and drain some of their stats for herself. A pretty simple, but I think effective skillset for her Hexer class.

For her 'grown' stage, she will get very tall and busty, maybe ripping parts of her dress in the process. Nothing too out of the ordinary, simply growing big and sexy!

 Next on the agenda is Alena the Huntress, by Magister187. Here I took a lot of creative liberty, as the suggestor, didn't contact me back when I messaged them on all provided contacts. Therefore, I have changed some of her design to make her more interesting.

Her skills will involve, using heavy magical bolts to pierce through multiple oponents' armor. She will also possess some evasive abilities to make her survive in the back lines better.

For her second stage, I am thinking of having her grow a LOT of muscle, her breasts getting replaced by huge pecs and as suggested by the submitter in the form, make her legs be the thickest part.

 Going forward, we have Helena the Unbroken, by someone who wants to be kept anonymous. The concept for her was quite nice - a disabled girl, growing big due to the demon heart. After talking about it with the submitter, we agreed on having her be an amputee with only one arm left.

As there was not much written about an ability, I came up with a pretty interesting one, I think. She will be able to restore something to a previous state - basically either reverting dagame, removing a status effect or things along these lines. (If you have watched JoJo's bizzare adventure, Josuke's stand is pretty much what I have in mind) As for why she is a Knight, is because will be able to protect others and weaken enemy frontlines - simple as that.

For her after growth state, she will grow her arm back! A very muscular arm in fact! Apart from this, the standard big muscles and so on are a given!

 Last but not least, we have Nesila the Sacrificial, by yet again, HexaGhost! (they were the only one to submit multiple and great ones at that) The design her is quite simple - she gets big and gives her muscle to her allies to fight better!

Her skills will revolve around Nesila sacrificing her own stats to aid her team. Be it giving them health or MUSCLE! Thus, why she is labeled an Enchanter.

For her 'grown' stage, it is nothing out of the ordinary - she becomes very muscular. I am thinking of having her be quite huge though as there will be more to share with her team in that case.

That is it!

I tried to portray each character as well as I could, coordinating with their respective creator. Will be looking forward to see who gets chosen in the end!

If you have submitted and I have contacted you, but you haven't responded by the deadline, I will make your chacacter, but bend the concept in a way needed to fit the game.

I know it was quite chaotic and the rules weren't really well put together, but I quite enjoyed seeing what you all want to see for characters and even making them. If you don't want to participate but are curious as to what the submited characters were, I will make a post here with each of their profiles after the contest has ended.

Growing Explorations content for next update

With v1.2 out, I want to now list some of the things coming in the future. These are the bare minimum, thus more things may come as development goes on. Here are the concrete things:

Bosses for Beyond Evolution

Where there is a need for heroic characters, there is a need for villains! Here are some bosses coming with Beyond Evolution's release!

They are not completely finished, as there will be more details added to each, but this is their designs for now.

Also, been meaning to put this question forward for a bit, but do you guys like how the breasts on the characters I make for this game look? I mean the round ones you can see on the demons here too. I make them like this, as I want the pecs of the characters to be bigger and not completely hidden by the breasts. Let me know your opinion in the comments whether you like them or not.

Growing Explorations v1.2 Public

It is time!

The public version of Growing Explorations version 1.2 is out! With is come a lot of changes and new features. Here is a breif changelog:

  • Day-Night cycle - the time of day now changes during gameplay. For now it is just this, but there will be more time related stuff coming in the next updates.

  • World map - you can now look at the whole world's map by pressing M

  • Enemy AI has been overhauled, which should make fighting better and more intuitive

  • Boss fights - fighting bosses is now more 'epic', with a custom scene where you can enjoy the fight

  • Arcathis expansion - the academia city has been expanded and the gates of the Academia are now in sight (something must be cooking in there...)

  • Orc portraits by Azazellz and max orc stage raised from 3 to 5

  • A few more quests as well as a bossfight

  • Luna training - you can now train with the wolf queen after returning to her spot later on (maybe she has grown a bit  )

  • UI changes - the pause menu has been changed to include more options

  • QoL changes

  • Bug fixes

Some of the current Beyond Evolution characters

So, as some people have been asking me, and with most of the current character submissions being somewhat off the line, here are some of the characters I have made for the initial cast.

As you can see, they are in quite different styles from one another. Also, I may not have clarified enough, which I will now fix, but outfits don't need to be militaty or combat based. The characters have supernatural powers, thus for most, armor and guns are not needed.

It would be best to suggest characters with outfits, which the real world clothing styles, as the game scenario happens around the present years. Some other, more fantasy-like designs are okay, as well as things like 'cat ears', 'tails' and so on. Just nothing too extreme.

There can of course be exceptions to most of these points, if you explain a simple reasoning in the backstory part.

Gacha game character submissions!

As I have been working more on the gacha game, I have come to a point which, the starting set of characters is almost done. Thus, I want to include some suggestions from the community. As this is the first one of these, ANYONE, will be able to participate, but from then on, it will be exclusive to the upper tiers.

How will this work? You can submit a character suggestion in the form below. I will read the suggestions after a time period has passed, select the best ones, and have Growth Connoisseurs vote for which they want in-game. In the end results will be released publically. If I select your suggestion, I will contact you when I have a rough sketch of the character to confirm the concept. The suggestors, will receive rewards inside the game when it is released as a prize for their concept, so I suggest you try your luck! For this first one, as it is public, suggestions from Patrons will take priority, but if your idea is incredible, you may still get a spot. There will be THREE winners!

At the end of the survey, you have to put a form of contact! If none is written, I will invalidate your submission even if it is good! I may contact you for more details on the concept!

Before that, I want to announce an initial name for the game - Beyond Evolution (Subject to change of course. If any of you have great ideas, feel free to share in comments!). Also, I want to give some insight of the base game setting so you can adjust to it:

In the not so distant future, demon-like creatures descent onto the Earth, corrupting and destroying all they encounter. Trying to combat the monsters, most of the world's men are sent to war, but in the end the effort comes out futile. Humans, overwhelmed by their power, are forced to flee, thus creating bunker-ish settlements to hide from their new predator. As time goes by, the lands are infected by demonic miasma, which humans begin to call mana fog. The continued exposure of a human to it, causes them to gain demonic traits, superpowers or when overexposed - turn into demons. A common mutation from the fog is the transforming of a female into a futanari.

You play as a young scientist, who has been researching the properties of demons. One day you discover that, when a female/futanari eats a demon's heart, their power surges exponentially, without the side effects of demonification. You then decide to gather an army of enchanced women to combat the apocalypse. (The game's plot begins 5 years after the demon invasion)

The gameplay will be something similar to a turn-based fighting game like pokemon, where you use girls you collect from the gacha, to defeat demons and grow your units.
