Happy Halloween!

It's the end of October and it's been 30 days since they charcuteried my leg and sewed it back together. I have a follow up with my surgeon today so hopefully I get the green light to walk and drive and do basic stuff like make blender renders! Still pretty swollen but fingers crossed. Post Operative Update

I got my drain lines out and my wound vac off. Now is the critical time where I have to do my best to make sure the tissue layers stick back together like they should. So that basically means stuck in bed with my legs elevated for the next couple weeks. What that means for you guys is that I can work on sketch tier stuff since I do those on an iPad. Surgery Recovery

Hello Martifans old and new. I am home from surgery yesterday and things went pretty well in the hospital aside from them having to open me up more than they initially thought, but I have a vac-pac and a Jackson-Pratt drain in my leg, and am back at home. Unfortunately at some point I must have rubbed my left eye yesterday and scratched it cause it got unbearably sore and red around 3am last night and as of right now it's less sore but kinda gunky and my vision is a bit blurry compared to the...

As many of you know I was in a pretty bad accident last year and even though the doctors have already taken over 15 thousand dollars of my money, they want another 15 thousand to finish reconstructing my leg. Yes my employment based health insurance sucks. My OPM is 15 thousand dollars. I have surgery scheduled soon, and I will not be nearly as active in the coming 6-12 weeks depending on how the recovery goes.
