I wanted to do a Halloween tease and as soon as I saw these lanterns on a recent trip to Newport, I knew I had found my props. After all, I do have a lovely pair of pumpkins.

Retro Horror Vixen

October is the month to be spooky, but it's also my birthday tomorrow so this shoot gives me the opportunity to combine the two occasions.

I have always been inspired by the vintage vixens from films by Hammer, Russ Meyer and even the Carry Ons. Those studios worshipped the curvier figure and taught me how to use my own assets to my advantage. 

This is my own spin on that theme, bringing my personality to the vintage style.
