HOMEBASED DAYCARE MOD - UPDATE

Need a small delay to complete the mod.  Posting Sunday morning. TRAILER PARK LIVING MOD

Quick Update On Upcoming Mods

TRUE CRIME JUNKIE TRAIT

Description:
This mod will add a new True Crime Junkie trait to your game.  These Sims are obsessed with true crime shows, documentaries, and breaking news.  They will talk about serial killers and local crime events.  They can research serial killers on the computer to learn more.  However after a while they'll start to have gruesome nightmares when they sleep and eventually get freaked out sometimes.

Sexy Gigs Mod Update - Another Short Delay

Extremely sorry to keep delaying the release but having a few issues with getting the core of this mod to work which are the dialog drama nodes.  For the life of me I can't get them to show up in the game.  This is the main feature for the Phone Sex Operator gig.  I will not post another release date until I'm 100% sure all issue are solved.  This also delays the Nasty Diseases Mod.

MOD UPDATES FOR SEXY GIGS AND NASTY DISEASES

I'm currently working on both mods.  Just giving you the updated release dates for both.  Sexy Gigs new release date is 11/27.  Sorry for the delay but the changes I'm making require quite a bit of tuning and creating unique phone calls as well as updating the Surrogate Sex Partner gig.

GANG HEADQUARTERS 50X40 (NO CC)

This lot is for the Basemental Gangs mod, you can get that mod > HERE.  The build is on a 50x40 lot.  It's not decorated and no cc.  The only expansion packs used were Get To Work, and Eco Lifestyle.  Just a few items like the fence and windows, and dumpster.  Everything else is base game.
