Sexy Gigs Mod v19 - About half way done with testing. So far no major issues.
I've got several new articles for the website complete. I just need to get screenshots and publish them. Probably won't get to that today. The website still needs a lot of new content, side bar updated, and footer.
I'm behind on updating the website with all the recent mods too. I'll try to get better with that.
New mod releases. For the next few days I'll be focused primarily on Sexy Gigs. Once it's released I'll get more mods and mod updates available.

The site is fully organized. I just need to update the new categories with content and that'll remove duplicate articles on the home page. The site will include a new blog called Pixxels, cover new games like Inzoi, troubleshooting help, and articles.
Inzoi Mods. I hope to create these and will keep you updated when more info is available.

Website Update:
The website is taking way longer than expected. I'm a little behind on mod releases for today. I'll catchup tonight and get them released Wednesday.
Website changes include new content categories. Organized differently on the home page. I'm still figuring other things out. You should be able to access all the content but I'll have it easier to find very soon.

Small bug fix update from The Sims 4 PC: 1.113.297.1020 / Mac: 1.113.297.1220 - Not expected to break any mods.
Over the weekend there will be continued work on Sexy Gigs. I'm estimating the mod will be ready for testing by Monday.
The testing period will take up to two weeks.
I've added new gameplay to half the gigs. A few have complete overhauls. I'll have details soon, once I've finalized this update.

This mod adds realistic zodiac signs to The Sims 4
Self click on your Sim and you'll see a new pie menu titled "Zodiac Signs". Click on that menu to select a sign you want your Sim have.
Each zodiac sign will have their own social interactions, random buffs, and strong reactions to Sims they are compatible with or incompatible with.
Some of the random and proximity buffs your Sim might experience.
Note:
I overlooked blocking the ability to add more than one zodiac sign. I'll update the mod soon. Meanwhile please be aware to just add one sign to your Sim unless you want multiple.

This trait unlocks the Dance Instructor social menu along with new dance related social interactions. The interactions are friendly interactions with any function beyond that.

Goal the event to earn $800 per session.

This mod adds runaway teens to The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
Self click on your teen and select the action menu. From there click "Enable Troubled Teen". This will give the teen Sim the required trait. You can remove the trait through the same process.
With the Troubled Teen trait your teen Sim will have a new social menu with the same title. These are all mean social interactions and will further ruin any relationship you have. Making the teen even more motivated to runaway.
These are interactions you can use with a parent, guardian, and other teens at school. So your teen can be troubled in any situation.
Computer Interactions
The troubled teen will have access to a variety of resources before they runaway.
How To Run Away
In this version you will self click on your teen and select "Decide To Runaway" from the Action menu again. What this will do is give you the additional Runaway Teen trait.
The prior the version I had a non goaled event. But this can prevent the parent's seeking gameplay. So it's been removed. All you have to do is leave the property and go where you want. To signal a runaway has occurred the parent will have separate gameplay.
While the teen is away they're still part of the family and household. They will get notifications to go to school which you can skip school. With Highschool Years you can drop out of use a mod. Stay away from the home lot while your teen is a runaway.
New Street Survival Social Menu
When you're ready to come back home just return like normal.
Parents And Guardians
When you have a teen runaway from home you can switch to the parent and have them use the computer to file a missing person's report. This will give them the Missing Teen Trait and unlock social interaction to help search for them.
When you have the teen return home have the parent go back to computer and report you've found them. This will remove the missing teen trait and interactions.

This mod adds a custom aspiration to The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
I forgot to separate the computer interactions and social interactions. So they're all in one script file. I've started using xml injector for computer interactions. If you don't see the computer interaction on the all in one pc, this is the reason. I'll have to remake these interactions soon or for v2.
Please let me know if you experience missing computer interactions. So I know it definitely needs a remake.
In CAS give your Sim the Money Moves aspiration located in the custom category "Finance".
Next, give your Sim the High Net Worth trait in CAS.
This trait unlocks social interactions and computer interactions.
Buying stocks and mining for crypto will give your Sim a hidden trait. This trait will randomly give your Sim money loots and crypto money.
If you want to remove those hidden traits then Sell Stocks, and Delete Crypto.

This mod adds secrets and confessions to The Sims 4
Compatible with latest patch.

Getting Started
Self click on your Sim. From the action menu you will have "Enable Secrets And Confessions". Click on that to give your Sim the Secretive trait. Once you have the trait you'll unlock a new social menu titled "Secrets And Confessions".
The Secrets And Confessions menu will have several pre-existing secrets from the past your Sim can share. These are heavily embarrassing if your secret gets out somehow.
Be careful who you share your secrets and confessions with. There's a chance they'll keep the secret and a chance they'll tell someone.
If they keep the secret, you'll get a notification.
If they share the secret you won't get a notification. After a while you get a buff. This buff will alert you that your secret is out. Your Sim will be highly embarrassed.
The embarrassment will occur over and over until you self click on your Sim and select "Hide Your Secrets". This will remove all the hidden "secret" traits.
Close friends are more likely to keep your secret than a Sim who doesn't like you very much.
Warning!!!
Your Sim can die from embarrassment. If too many secrets get out it could be bad.

This mod adds a custom aspiration to The Sims 4. In CAS give your Sim the Kept Mistress Aspiration. Then give her the Kept Mistress persona
This mod adds a custom aspiration to The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
In CAS give your Sim the Kept Mistress Aspiration. Then give her the Kept Mistress personality trait located in the lifestyle category. You'll need both.
The aspiration is behind the Pampered Aspiration category.
The bonus trait is titled: Charming Boost. It'll help you gain Charisma skill faster.
In game, goal the aspiration.
Level 1 - earns total 300 reward points
Level 2 - earns total 600 reward points
Level 3 - earns total 900 reward points
The Kept Mistress social menu will appear on any Sim you have a romantic relationship with and some friends. If you're married or anything like that, they will show up on them too. Please be aware of that.
The interaction: I need to be spoiled more, has the chance to loot $200 from your love interest.
One goal for the aspiration is to ask your love interest to stay the night. This interaction will appear when the romance level is high and it's later in the day when they're at your house. It's located in the sub menu "Affection" behind the romance menu.

This mod adds random buffs for teen in The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
Self click on a Teen Sim. From the Actions menu select "Add Teentensity".
The Teentensity trait will unlock random powerful buffs that'll interrupt the teen's life from time to time.
You can remove the trait the same way.

Ownable Brothels Mod adds new dedicated brothels for The Sims 4.
How To Become A Brothel Keeper
Self click on the Sim you want to become a brothel keeper. Located behind the Action social menu select "Become A Brothel keeper". This will give your Sim the needed trait.
Recruit Brothel Prostitutes
Click on any Sim older than teen you want to become a brothel prostitute. Select the "Recruit Into Brothel Prostitution"
Using your phone start a social event. Select Run A Brothel event.
This event can last a full 24 in game hours.
Setup your brothel anyway you like.
Set the venue type for the brothel to Generic or use your residential home.
To goal the event click on any of your prostitutes and select the "Manage Brothel Prostitutes" social menu. These interactions will only show up on Sims you recruited.
You earn $8000 per event. Must get gold.
You can add Wicked Whims for the brothel prostitutes to have sex with the sex buyers.

This mod adds the ability to create a trauma bond with a romantic partner in The Sims 4.

Getting Started:
In CAS give the abuser Sim the "Dangerous" trait located in the emotions category.
With this trait your abuser Sim can start love bombing their romantic partner. If they love bomb enough and reach high enough romance level, they’ll be able to create a trauma bond.
Create the trauma bond when the romance level bar is high.
The abuser Sim will have a new Dangerous menu once the relationship is going well and romance is at a high level. These are all very mean interactions causing a bit of trauma to the victim.
The trauma bond will give the target Sim the trauma bond trait, and emotionally dependent trait. The romantic partner with these traits will respond to the trauma causing interactions by remaining the in the bond or getting enough courage to break the bond and leave.
Once the victim romantic partner has the trauma bond you can play out the relationship with either Sim.

Emotionally Dependent Interactions
Once the victim Sim has had enough, they can use the Break Trauma Bond Menu, and then select the Break Trauma Bond interaction. This will remove the two Emotionally Dependent and Trauma Bond traits.
The Abuser Sim will continue to have love bomb and Dangerous interactions.

This mod adds a functional private prison to The Sims 4.
Note:
Remember to remove the previous versions before installing v3.
Getting Started:
Self click on your Sim and select the Action menu. Then select "Become Prison Warden". This will give your Sim the Prison Warden trait. Once you have the trait you can return to the Action menu and quit as a prison warden too.
You can use your residential lot for the prison, or generic venue type lot.
Setup the prison any way you like. Add things for the prisoners to do like seating area, tv, bathroom, sleeping, etc.
Search for any Prison lot on the gallery or create your own.
Now use your phone to start the Private Prison social event. The venue types for this event include any residential lot or generic lot.
When the event starts, all the inmates and other Sims will start to come in. You'll need to find the each inmate and either Assign them to a cell or Process Inmate Into Prison.
Either will give the inmate the needed Inmate trait.
Use the Inmate menu to manage inmates. Gang members and guards will roam around just like inmates.
To keep this base game I didn't add any uniforms. You can do so with CC or keep then in everyday clothing.
The event will last a full 24 in game hours. Stop the event whenever you like.
With all tasks complete you'll earn $5000 reward.

Secrets And Confessions Mod - I retested the mod and it seems to be corrupted. The interactions will not trigger needed buffs and other issues have popped up.
I'll have to remake the entire mod over, test it to see if it's fixed.
Meanwhile I will post the mod as is, free, with the issue if you want to check out the gameplay. I removed features that I thought were causing it but realized the issue remained. Just make sure it's not in a save you like playing.
The upload schedule for the week will remain the same. I'll work on this while creating more mods. If it doesn't end up working at all I'll let you know or develop something else similar.

This mod adds a functional Lash Bar to The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
Changelog:
Version 2 removed the open, close, and collect interactions. The entire business has been converted into a social event.
Added new social interactions for the Lash Service menu.
Optional:
All In One Styling Chair/Station (found in the Get Famous Expansion Pack)
Use the styling station to change a customer's eye lashes. Suggest custom eyelashes for wider variety. The chair will take you into CAS and make any changes you like.
Next, setup your lash bar anyway you like. The venue type can be your residential house or a generic lot.
Venue Types:
-Residential
-Generic
Getting Started
Click on your Sim and select the Action menu. Then select Become A Lash Stylist.
You can also quit being a Lash Stylist.
With the trait you will have a new social menu titled Lash Service.
Interactions will only show up when the Lash Service event is active.
To start making money use your phone to start a social event. Select Lash Service. Choose up to 4 customers at a time. You'll earn $350 per session not customer.
Goal the event to earn money.

Getting Started
Self click on your Sims and select the Action menu. Select "Become A Virgin".
The Virgin trait can be applied to Sims ages Teen - Elderly.
This trait unlocks a new "Virgin" menu and social interactions to talk about being a virgin.
Virgins can also create a Virginity Pledge with other Sims. When created a new menu and social interactions will be available for those who've pledged.
Sims with the Virgin trait will have the "Lose Virginity With" interaction on double beds. (basegame)
Note: the lose virginity with interaction doesn't show the name of the person. Let me know if any further issues are present.
Sims who've taken the Virginity Pledge will no longer have the pledge.
Virgin Sims will lose their virginity as a result of woohooing as well.
After a Sim becomes a virgin, they have new Virginity Settings to add the virgin trait again and lose virginity without woohoo.
How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.

This mod adds new High Pain Tolerance social interactions to prove how tough your Sim truly is.
