Hey mates :)
Here is a simple set I used with the beautiful model Musu when she last visited my studio. I used 3 acrylic black plates as a floor and simple 1 light setup with my 1200 Aputure and 160cm smdv softbox.
I directed the light to the ceiling in front of the model, so it hits the set softly from above and slighty from the front. This kind of light is easy to work with, model has a lot of movement freedom and I didnt want to have any kind of shadows on the background behind t...

BTS from one of the outfits I did with this model:
- big soft feathered (not 100% directed at the model, more in front of her) light from a 1200D Aputure led and 160cm softbox
- black board on the right for more contrast
- black board in front of the light source to cut off the light from hitting the background (still spreading a lot, cause of its size)

Links for inspiration/moodboards
Hey friends!
Few days ago I had a skype session with one of the patrons and we talked about working with models, moodboards for shoots and stuff like that and I wanna provide you some links I check on weekly basis to get some kind of inspiration and a feeling for trends in the fashion world. I regularly save photos I like from those sources to create mood boards for my shoots (for light, fashion styling, posing for models and for overall idea/atmosphere):

A simple 3 light setup for this set:
- 2 aputure 600x for background on full power
- 1 aputure 1200D with big 160cm softbox from the from left side of the model
- 2 black boards on the sides of the model to reduce spill and add contrast
- 2 white boards in front of the model for fill light

Yuna BTS1
Inspired by my campaign shoot for Maison Close, I am now very fond of using black acrylic /plexiglass plates for all kind of model shoots too :)

A few weeks ago I had a commercial shoot for french lingerie brand Maison Close (you can see me edit those photos in the screen recording uploaded earlier).
