When he was plateauing Lardfill sometimes kept a motivational journal. This is one that he did when he was trying to break 450lbs. You can see the morning weight is recorded at the top of each page and the evening weight at the bottom. This is a great example of what a gainer actually eats during the course of a day or a week 🐷

Post-Hospital Update Video

I’m back from the hospital, feeling good, but exhausted and catching up on lots of lost sleep. In this video, I just talk about the experience and process of having the hernia surgery and how the recovery is going.

November 26 Hospital Update

Hey hey! I’m still in the hospital… the surgery went really well on November 17, no pains at all and I’m healing very nicely. I found out from a week of steady monitoring that I’m in very good health… so much so that the hernia issues were mild for years when I should have been showing big warning signs with bloodwork years ago. The nurses have told me that this good health was also what disguised a complication that arose a few days ago when I was discharged from the hospital. ...

So… unexpected happenings have been going on.

My umbilical hernia had complications late Wednesday night and became extremely painful and bulging hard. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. They did an emergency surgery and ended up removing the entire piece of small intestine that had been pushed out of my muscle lining. So no more hernia for me hopefully.

My Gainer Stories

I decided to put my gainer stories on index cards so I can keep better track of the character names and connecting plot lines. I rarely re-read my stories once I post them, so I found myself forgetting what character names I had used previously and then re-using them over and over again unknowingly.
