Started out making a fox head. My aim is to make this one have even more tweaks and advanced rigging for face control then we've had before.
New for this head is that we will keep the noses as a separate part, doing away with low resolution noses that are modeled directly on the muzzles.

Hi all!

We're happy to present our newest release, which introduces the gynomorphic dragoness Lyra as well as a new 3D environment - Sky temple.
This release has been a big challenge for us because of all the refactoring required to get Sub-Surface Scattering into the app (SSS). Also, a bunch of seemingly random and unexpected obstacles got in our way. But we do what we always do - just work through it all!

If you only knew the amount of trouble we've had to go through to reach this stage! Getting SSS to play with all our systems and our pipeline has been a huge challenge, but we finally seem to have something that looks promising. This works with our texturing systems and we will implement more layers tailored for SSS to make configuring it a simple matter.
Here you can see what difference it makes to enable sub-surface scattering on a character.

Hey everyone, new month and things are returning to normal for me here so I'm trying to get back on track with some new content and improvements for this months release.
First out is a second version of a digitigrade design that I think will fit scalies and dragons very well. Let's face it, our one and only scalie digitigrade design we've got now is sort of lackluster, I'll admit and it's time we should see some more options for our scalie characters.

Hi all!
We're happy to finally release this month's build of YL2 for our enthusiast tier patrons.
This release brings the long awaited cloud component for YL2, making it possible to browse and submit characters.
The cloud is still a work in progress, so more features are going to be implemented over time. There's a big risk of bugs still being present, so please keep that in mind! If you run into any issues, please make us aware by writing a post in our forum.

Super quick update - the cloud is coming along, and I think you will like it a lot!
Most of the basic features are implemented, including character uploading, downloading, voting and commenting, but also a suggestion system. More features will be rolled out over time, but it's a good start!
We're gonna need another week to finalize and test things, but we should have a build out for you sometime next week.

Okay so we think this could work well after we've fixed eye and tongue errors. The mesh handles the deformation quite well and this should work for even more future variations.
We named the tweak shape "realistic" for now since we couldn't come up with a more proper name for it. You can view the attached video for better demonstration of the shape.

Just writing to let you know that the upcoming release is taking a bit longer than we anticipated. This is partly due to hitting some bumps along the road, but also because of the current world crisis that has cost us some time and energy in preparations.
The images are of the new dragon head and tweakables (+ parts). We've also implemented a new body type - male athletic.

From the looks of it, when combining the different options, the great majority would prefer to have up & downvotes for submissions, so we will go with that. However, while the individual choice for up & down votes for comments also has the majority, it is not as decisive as the one for submissions. Just letting you know we're still here and the next release is coming along well. Hopefully, it'll arrive sometime next week.
This release focuses mostly on fixing issues (currently there are around 40 fixes), but it will also include some new features (part duplication and "instancing") and some new content (horse heads and feet).

So here we are again, at the end of a year.
Last year around this time, we were working our asses off trying to make a release happen. Needless to say, we couldn't make it that time.
