I wanted to do some quick tinkering with colour ideas. I feel like my colouring technique is doing alright, but my colour -choices- are kind of garbage. I'm hoping to improve that a little bit by doing some little colour studies like this. In these doodles I wanted to explore messing around with specific colour palettes, and how a colour might change in response to it's environment.
I'm posting this here instead of FA because it's kind of a mess, heh. I didn't want to ink the same doodle...

IT'S DONE. It's way longer than I had planned but it's dooone.
There were a lot of bumps along the way, the 'story' is kind of a random mess there are lots of drawing issues, but all in all for a first attempt I'm pretty satisfied. Made a few mistakes on this page, notably Blue is much too dark (again), and the actual climax is a bit understated, but at the same time I think I improved the colouring a bit, so ya win some ya lose some I guess. Hope it's alright though, as always would love to hear your thoughts. :3

And this last page is a pretty good sendoff too, I think. As usual there were some inking slips, but I'm fairly satisfied with most of the actual drawings on this page. I'll admit the last few pages were maybe a little weak, but this page has some of the best in the whole thing I think, which is nice. Whoo, lotta inking mistakes on this one, especially in the first panel. Should all be fixable though.
There will be text in this page on the final version. It's not in yet because I'm tired and wanna stop for the night, and also because quite frankly I haven't figured out the exact wording I wanna use yet. Recently I made a few tweaks to how I shade things, and this is the first painting I've done with it at this sort of scale. Normally I don't draw things quite this close up. Two suggestions this month!
1 - A girly sleepover! Two or three cute gals in sexy lingerie, but innocently just hanging out. Like doing each others hair or nails.
2 - Something with sheathplay. Anything where the sheath is involved. Fingering a sheath, stretching it with a paw or a dick or something, maybe reaching in and stroking a canine's knot while it's still in the sheath.
