A belated congratulations on getting the X16 on sale. I’ve only recently discovered your channel and have enjoyed catching up on the X16 story. I would really be interested in how you’ve structured and put together the kernel and interfaced it to the basic interpreter. Maybe it could be the topic for a video in the future?

2023-10-24 15:45:41 +0000 UTCIt was great to meet you briefly at VCF Midwest, and to see the Commander X16 in person. I'm just a touch too old to have been part of the Commodore 64 wave; my high school computers were a Wang 2200 (http://www.wang2200.org/ is an awesome site about those) and the Apple ][ (you did a great video on that!). Last week, I preordered the Commander X16. I really want to go back and experience that part of retrocomputing history. This video enhanced my anticipation, and I'm really excited for when they ship.
