2025-08-12 02:51:29 +0000 UTCFirst off: going to keep poking to see if you saw the DM I sent you regarding FMA:B Lucky~ To my knowledge, the mangakas never given a confirmed reason as to why Ling keeps collapsing, though she did confirm it is real and not an act. Common consensus though is that Ling just has a unusually high metabolism, so he burns calories faster then usual and ends up collapsing out of starvation. (I have seen a few theories that try and give an explanation as to why his metabolic rate is so high, but they're just that; fan theories.) If you actually remember the Hughes murder though; the first disguise Envy took *was* actually Ross before turning into Hughes wife to get in the final shot in. I always took that as them already planning on having her be the scapegoat from the start, and just deciding to expedite the process now that Mustangs been snooping around too much for their liking.

Envy is clearly the most hateful. As for Lust... let's just say she lives up to her name. This episode was devastating...
