Sitting here trying to work out who would use the new True Strike. So you're a Wizard or Sorcerer, you've dipped Fighter or Paladin for the Armor Proficiency, you have Weapon Mastery anyway so you take True Strike, Heavy Crossbow, and Push Mastery to move enemies into your spell effects.
