It would feel bad. Enemies should notice and mostly attack you the rounds that you don't form a magical barrier of protection around yourself. Casting Shield as a Bonus Action would likely not give any visible payoff since you don't know whether the enemies would've ignored you anyway. If you cast a spell with your Bonus Action, you can only cast a cantrip with your Action. All put together, it would function more as a reverse taunt like the Dodge action, thus, as a situational spell for melee characters that want enemies to target their allies instead (like Monk's rarely used Patient Defense), but not a spell for spellcasters that have better stuff to do than spend the entire battle casting cantrips while burning all their spell slots on preemptive Shield just in case they should get targeted despite keeping their distance. Instead, just cast Misty Step or Mirror Image once if you're caught in a bad place.

As for Shield... Maybe make it a bonus action cast instead of a reaction? That way it requires some planning to set up rather than a "get out of trouble free" card.

My fix for Pass Without Trace is really simple.
Basically, targets in the area when the spell is cast get advantage on stealth checks as long as the spell is maintained.
Giving advantage is very much on par with other spell effects, and you are basically trading the flexibility of Enhanced Attribute for affecting a large group of targets.
Scaling wise, I suggest that at 4th level it becomes an 8 hour duration, and at 6th level it becomes 8 hours no concentration. I cannot imagine it getting scaled that high often, but it'd be nice to have the option when you need to do a prolonged stealth mission and want to be able to maintain other spells while the party is sneaking around.
