"Seductive" apartment (remake ?)

Now I am busy with apartments with a "seductive" style. Yes, this is the same map from 2017, but then I was not too experienced yet, there are also many models called completely inadequate names (such as in the GTA itself). There is pretty bad lighting, then I was not familiar with codewalker yet and I was looking for all the models and textures almost at random.

It will be almost the same card (without a garage and low apartments, of course), but in the original version, and not the one that I collected from other styles.

Here are some comparison screenshots. All models are created from scratch + the existing base from previous patreon maps is used. I do not want to use old content, it is outdated for me and I think it is not of high quality.
