BTS Performs "ON" at Grand Central Terminal for The Tonight Show

To no ones surprise, we are continuing the ON fan girling and this time we get to see the boys performing in such a cool and iconic space! I was really surprised to see all of their dancers there as well as them performing it like this was an award show! I've never been to Grand Central Station but it must be MASSIVE to have been able to hold a performance like this!
The boys absolutely crushed this like they always do! You could tell they put their all into every second of this performance, so much so that I even read a comment that said Jimmy Fallon stated he could feel Jungkook's heart beating through his back when he gave him a hug! 😱
We stan these kings for always feeding us even if that means pushing themselves to their LIMITS!

It was huge! 🔥 the same day they filmed 3 more videos. Serving Sandwiches in a restaurant, an interview in the subway and the subway Olympic games!

The pandemic started like RIGHT in the middle of (or at the tail end of) their Map of the Soul 7 promotion, and once that happened, they couldn't leave Korea (until Sept 2021, I think). So if you see them doing ON/Black Swan performances with an audience, or in the U.S., it was in those couple of months of 2020 before lockdown. The whole "BTS Week" that Jimmy Fallon had was later in 2020, after Dynamite was released. They had to film all of that stuff in Korea during Covid restrictions, so there's no audience. But it led to some really creative stage sets, like the one for their "Home" performance.

I find permed hair in lotte family concert and short hair in Sowoozoo a difficult choice lol. Did you know they also shut down Grand Central Station for one of JKs Calvin Klein shoots. JIMMY FALLON is definitely the guys favourite talk show host. They did like James Corden until he 💩 on Army.

2025-01-18 03:26:19 +0000 UTCThis wasn’t during the pandemic, it was right before the pandemic. They had to get a permit to film there at like midnight to the crack of dawn so the place was empty. Same with the nyc subway. They also filmed there with Fallon during this time.
